ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ : ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮੰਡਲ ਦੀ ਇਕ ਅਹਿਮ ਬੈਠਕ ਬੁੱਧਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਈ। ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮੰਡਲ ਦੀ ਬੈਠਕ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਨੁਰਾਗ ਠਾਕੁਰ ਨੇ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮੰਡਲ ਦੇ ਫੈਸਲਿਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਅਨੁਰਾਗ ਠਾਕੁਰ ਨੇ ਮਹਿੰਗਾਈ ਭੱਤੇ (ਡੀਏ ਹਾਇਕ) ‘ਤੇ ਲੱਗੀ ਰੋਕ ਹਟਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮੰਡਲ ਦੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਮਹਿੰਗਾਈ ਭੱਤਾ 17 ਤੋਂ ਵਧਾ ਕੇ 28 ਪ੍ਰਤੀਸ਼ਤ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਮਹਿੰਗਾਈ ਭੱਤਾ 1 ਜੁਲਾਈ ਤੋਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਦੇਸ਼ ਭਰ ਦੇ ਲਗਭਗ 48.34 ਲੱਖ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ 65.26 ਲੱਖ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਭ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਇਕ ਬਿਆਨ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੋਵਿਡ -19 ਮਹਾਂਮਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਵਿਚ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਹਿੰਗਾਈ ਭੱਤੇ (ਡੀ.ਏ.) ਦੀਆਂ ਤਿੰਨ ਵਾਧੂ ਕਿਸ਼ਤਾਂ ਰੋਕੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ, ਜੋ ਕਿ 1 ਜਨਵਰੀ 2020 ਨੂੰ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਹਨ , 1 ਜੁਲਾਈ 2020 ਅਤੇ 1 ਜਨਵਰੀ 2021 ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਹੈ। ਹੁਣ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ 1 ਜੁਲਾਈ 2021 ਤੋਂ ਡੀਏ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਵਿਚ ਮੁਢਲੀ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਜਾਂ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ 11 ਪ੍ਰਤੀਸ਼ਤ ਦਾ ਵਾਧਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ. ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ, 1 ਜਨਵਰੀ, 2020 ਤੋਂ 30 ਜੂਨ 2021 ਤੱਕ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਹਿੰਗਾਈ ਭੱਤਾ ਜਾਂ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਹਿੰਗਾਈ ਰਾਹਤ ਸਿਰਫ 17 ਪ੍ਰਤੀਸ਼ਤ ‘ਤੇ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
ਇਸ ਵਿਚ, ਟੈਕਸਟਾਈਲ ਸੈਕਟਰ ਵਿਚ ਕੋਰੋਨਾ ਕਾਰਨ ਕਰੰਟ ਲੱਗਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਕੱਪੜਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਕੱਪੜਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਯਾਤ ਲਈ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਦੇ ਟੈਕਸਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਟੈਕਸ ਛੋਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖਣ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਨਿਰਯਾਤ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਥਿਰ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਵਿਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨਾ ਸੌਖਾ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ 31 ਅਗਸਤ 2024 ਤੱਕ ਵਧਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਗਲੋਬਲ ਮਾਰਕੀਟ ਵਿਚ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਟੈਕਸਟਾਈਲ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਯੋਗੀ ਬਣ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਦਮੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਰਯਾਤ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੋਤਸਾਹਨ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ। ਇਸਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ, ਆਰਥਿਕ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਲਈ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਨੌਕਰੀਆਂ ਵਧਣਗੀਆਂ। ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਆਯੂਸ਼ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ 1 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ 2021 ਤੋਂ ਵਧਾ ਕੇ 31 ਮਾਰਚ 2026 ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਵੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਫੰਡ ਕੀਤੀ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਤਕਰੀਬਨ 4607 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਖਰਚ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
