ਟੀਵੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਬਿਊਰੋ– ਖਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਤੇਲਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਅਸਮਾਨ ਛੂਹਦੀਆਂ ਕੀਮਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਵੱਡਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ । ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਪਾਮ ਤੇਲ ਸਮੇਤ ਖਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਤੇਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਦਰਾਮਦ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਮੁੱਲ ਵਿਚ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਟਨ 112 ਡਾਲਰ ਦੀ ਕਟੌਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਖਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਤੇਲ ਦੀਆਂ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਕੀਮਤਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਕਮੀ ਆ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ। ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਅਪ੍ਰਤੱਖ ਟੈਕਸ ਅਤੇ ਕਸਟਮ ਬੋਰਡ (ਸੀਬੀਆਈਸੀ) ਨੇ ਇਕ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਕੱਚੇ ਪਾਮ ਤੇਲ ਦੇ ਆਯਾਤ ‘ਤੇ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਮੁੱਲ ਵਿਚ 86 ਡਾਲਰ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਟਨ ਅਤੇ ਆਰਬੀਡੀ (ਰਿਫਾਇੰਡ, ਬਲੀਚ ਅਤੇ ਡੀਓਡੋਰਾਈਜ਼ਡ) ਅਤੇ ਕੱਚੇ ਪਾਮੋਲਿਨ ਦੇ ਆਯਾਤ ‘ਤੇ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਮੁੱਲ ਵਿਚ 112 ਡਾਲਰ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਟਨ ਦੀ ਕਟੌਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
ਖਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਤੇਲ ਦੀਆਂ ਘੱਟ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਕੀਮਤਾਂ
ਕੱਚੇ ਸੋਇਆਬੀਨ ਦੇ ਤੇਲ ਦੀ ਅਧਾਰ ਦਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਮਤ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਟਨ 37 ਡਾਲਰ ਦੀ ਕਮੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਖਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਤੇਲ ਦੀ ਦਰਾਮਦ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਕੀਮਤ ਵਿਚ ਤਬਦੀਲੀ ਵੀਰਵਾਰ (17 ਜੂਨ) ਤੋਂ ਲਾਗੂ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ। ਟੈਕਸ ਮਾਹਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਮੁੱਲ ਵਿਚ ਕਮੀ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਬਜ਼ਾਰ ਵਿਚ ਖਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਤੇਲ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੀਮਤਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਕਮੀ ਲਿਆ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਹ ਬੇਸ ਆਯਾਤ ਮੁੱਲ ਉੱਤੇ ਅਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਕਸਟਮ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਘਟਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਏ.ਐੱਮ.ਆਰ.ਜੀ. ਐਂਡ ਐਸੋਸੀਏਟਸ ਦੇ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਸਾਂਝੇਦਾਰ ਰਜਤ ਮੋਹਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿਚ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਉਤਪਾਦਨ ਅਤੇ ਖਾਣਯੋਗ ਤੇਲ ਬੀਜਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਵਿਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਡਾ ਪਾੜਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਹ ਵੱਡੀ ਮਾਤਰਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਚੂਨ ਕੀਮਤਾਂ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਕੁਝ ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਵੱਧ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ।
