ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ: ਸੈਂਚੁਰੀਅਨ ਟੈਸਟ ‘ਚ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਕਟ ਟੀਮ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ 32 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਹਰਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਦੱਖਣੀ ਅਫਰੀਕਾ ਦੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਕਟ ਟੀਮ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਡਾ ਝਟਕਾ ਲੱਗਾ ਹੈ। ਟੀਮ ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮਤ ਕਪਤਾਨ ਤੇਂਬਾ ਬਾਵੁਮਾ ਭਾਰਤ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਸੀਰੀਜ਼ ਦੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਅਤੇ ਆਖਰੀ ਟੈਸਟ ਮੈਚ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਬਾਵੁਮਾ ਸੈਂਚੁਰੀਅਨ ਟੈਸਟ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਸਨ, ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਡੀਨ ਐਲਗਰ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਮੈਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਰੀ ਕਪਤਾਨ ਦੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨਿਭਾਈ ਸੀ। ਆਈਸੀਸੀ ਨੇ ਟੇਂਬਾ ਬਾਵੁਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਸੀਰੀਜ਼ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਬਾਵੁਮਾ ਦੀ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਡੀਨ ਐਲਗਰ ਦੂਜੇ ਟੈਸਟ ਮੈਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਦੱਖਣੀ ਅਫਰੀਕਾ ਦੀ ਕਪਤਾਨੀ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਐਲਗਰ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਵਿਦਾਈ ਟੈਸਟ ਸੀਰੀਜ਼ ਖੇਡ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਭਾਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਦੱਖਣੀ ਅਫਰੀਕਾ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਸੀਰੀਜ਼ ਦਾ ਦੂਜਾ ਅਤੇ ਆਖਰੀ ਟੈਸਟ ਮੈਚ 3 ਜਨਵਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਕੇਪਟਾਊਨ ‘ਚ ਖੇਡਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਕ੍ਰਿਕਟ ਦੱਖਣੀ ਅਫਰੀਕਾ ਨੇ 3 ਜਨਵਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਕੇਪਟਾਊਨ ਦੇ ਨਿਊਲੈਂਡਸ ‘ਚ ਖੇਡੇ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਭਾਰਤ (IND ਬਨਾਮ SA) ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਦੂਜੇ ਟੈਸਟ ਮੈਚ ਲਈ ਤੇਂਬਾ ਬਾਵੁਮਾ ਦੀ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਜ਼ੁਬੈਰ ਹਮਜ਼ਾ ਨੂੰ ਟੈਸਟ ਟੀਮ ‘ਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਬਾਵੁਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਹੈਮਸਟ੍ਰਿੰਗ ਦਾ ਤਣਾਅ ਹੈ। ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਸੈਂਚੁਰੀਅਨ ਟੈਸਟ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਫੀਲਡਿੰਗ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਬਾਵੁਮਾ 20ਵੇਂ ਓਵਰ ‘ਚ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਕੈਨ ਲਈ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਲਿਜਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਦੱਖਣੀ ਅਫਰੀਕਾ ਦੀ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਪਾਰੀ ‘ਚ ਬਾਵੁਮਾ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਕ੍ਰੀਜ਼ ‘ਤੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਆ ਸਕੇ। ਦੱਖਣੀ ਅਫਰੀਕਾ ਨੇ ਬਾਵੁਮਾ ਦੇ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਟੈਸਟ ਮੈਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਰਾਇਆ।
ਟੇਂਬਾ ਬਾਵੁਮਾ ਸੱਟ ਤੋਂ ਪਰੇਸ਼ਾਨ
ਟੇਂਬਾ ਬਾਵੁਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਟਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਸਮਾਂ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਉਹ ਆਈਸੀਸੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਕਟ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ 2023 ਵਿੱਚ ਅਫਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਮੈਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਬਾਵੁਮਾ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ‘ਚ ਵਨਡੇ ਅਤੇ ਟੀ-20 ਸੀਰੀਜ਼ ‘ਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਖੇਡ ਸਕੇ ਸਨ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸੀਮਤ ਓਵਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਲੜੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਬਾਵੁਮਾ ਦੀ ਖਰਾਬ ਫਿਟਨੈੱਸ ‘ਤੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਉਠਾਏ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਦਿੱਗਜ ਕ੍ਰਿਕਟਰ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਫਿਟਨੈੱਸ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਹਰ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਦੱਖਣੀ ਅਫ਼ਰੀਕਾ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਸਲਾਮੀ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ ਹਰਸ਼ੇਲ ਗਿਬਸ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਭਾਰ ਵਾਲਾ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
