ਡੈਸਕ- ਪੰਜਾਬ ‘ਚ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਲਿਫਟਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਦੇ ‘ਤੇ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਗਰਮਾਈ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਸੂਬਾ ਅਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਆਹਮੋ-ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸੇ ਲੜੀ ਤਹਿਤ ਅੱਜ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ (ਆਪ) ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਰੋਸ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰੇਗੀ। ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਸਥਿਤ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦਫਤਰ ਦਾ ਘਿਰਾਓ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ‘ਆਪ’ ਆਗੂ ਸਵੇਰੇ 11:30 ਵਜੇ ਸੈਕਟਰ-37 ਬੱਤਰਾ ਥੀਏਟਰ ਨੇੜੇ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋਣਗੇ।
ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਹ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਵੱਲ ਮਾਰਚ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪ ਵਲੰਟੀਅਰ, ਕਿਸਾਨ ਵਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਆਗੂ, ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਅਤੇ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹਰਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੈਂਸ, ਹਰਭਜਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਈਟੀਓ ਅਤੇ ਤਰਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵੀ ਪੂਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਥੇ ਪਹੁੰਚਣ ਤੋਂ ਰੋਕਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
AAP ਨੇ ਲਗਾਏ ਇਲਜ਼ਾਮ
ਆਪ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਲਿਫਟਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਤੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਸੰਸਦ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਮਾਲਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੰਗ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਫੂਡ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਮਾਰਚ ਤੋਂ ਐਫਸੀਆਈ ਅਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਤਰ ਲਿਖ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ 9 ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਤੱਕ ਕੋਈ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ। ਖੁਰਾਕ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ 5 ਮਾਰਚ ਨੂੰ ਐਫਸੀਆਈ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਤਰ ਲਿਖਿਆ, ਫਿਰ 11 ਮਾਰਚ, 13 ਮਾਰਚ, 19 ਮਾਰਚ ਅਤੇ 22 ਮਾਰਚ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਤਰ ਲਿਖਿਆ। 14 ਤੇ 27 ਜੂਨ ਨੂੰ ਦੋ ਵਾਰ ਚਿੱਠੀਆਂ ਲਿਖੀਆਂ। 3 ਸਤੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਚਿੱਠੀਆਂ ਵੀ ਲਿਖੀਆਂ। ਕੁੱਲ ਮਿਲਾ ਕੇ ਪੰਦਰਾਂ ਚਿੱਠੀਆਂ ਲਿਖੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਸੀਐਮ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲੇ ਹਨ।
ਹੁਣ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਵੀ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਲਿਫਟਿੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸਰਗਰਮ ਹੈ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਆਗੂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਦਿਲ ਜਿੱਤਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੱਗੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਨੂੰ 13 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਚਾਰ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਸੀਟਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਉਪ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ ਜੋੜਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਵਿੱਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੀਮਾ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ‘ਆਪ’ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਦਾ ਵਫ਼ਦ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਵੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਕਿ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਲਿਫਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਵੇ।
