ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ: ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਫਿਨਟੈਕ ਕੰਪਨੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਸਮਾਂ ਸਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। Paytm ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੁਣ BharatPe ਮੁਸੀਬਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ। ਕਾਰਪੋਰੇਟ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਨੇ BharatPe ਨੂੰ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਨੇ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਐਕਟ ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 206 ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਇੱਕ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅਸ਼ਨੀਰ ਗਰੋਵਰ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤਪੇ ਤੋਂ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮੰਗੀ ਹੈ। ਕੰਪਨੀ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਜਾਂਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਕਰੇਗੀ।
ਮਨੀਕੰਟਰੋਲ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਕਾਰਪੋਰੇਟ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤਪੇ ਨੂੰ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਪੁੱਛਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਸ਼ਨੀਰ ਗਰੋਵਰ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਅਦਾਲਤ ‘ਚ ਦਾਇਰ ਅਪਰਾਧਿਕ ਅਤੇ ਦੀਵਾਨੀ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਸਬੂਤ ਕੀ ਹਨ। ਧਿਆਨ ਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਸ਼ਨੀਰ ਗਰੋਵਰ ਨੇ BharatPe ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ, ਅਸ਼ਨੀਰ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ‘ਤੇ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਦੇ ਫੰਡਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਬਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਏ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਦੇ ਬੋਰਡ ਤੋਂ ਹਟਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
ਕੰਪਨੀ ਨੇ ਕੀ ਕਿਹਾ?
ਨੋਟਿਸ ‘ਤੇ, BharatPe ਨੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਨੇ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅਸ਼ਨੀਰ ਮਾਮਲੇ ‘ਚ ਹੋਰ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮੰਗੀ ਹੈ। ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਸਮੀਖਿਆ 2022 ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਜਾਂਚ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਹੋਰ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮੰਗੀ ਹੈ। ਕੰਪਨੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਜਾਂਚ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਹਰ ਸੰਭਵ ਮਦਦ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ।
ਕੀ ਹੈ ਸਾਰਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ
ਭਾਰਤਪੇ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਅਸ਼ਨੀਰ ਗਰੋਵਰ ਨੇ 4 ਸਾਲ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਅਸ਼ਨੀਰ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਵਿਵਾਦ 2022 ਦੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਉਸਨੇ ਕੋਟਕ ਗਰੁੱਪ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਧਮਕੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਸਨੇ ਉਸਨੂੰ Nykaa IPO ਅਲਾਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਵਿਵਾਦ ਵਧਦੇ ਹੀ ਗਰੋਵਰ ਨੇ BharatPe ਦੇ ਮੈਨੇਜਿੰਗ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਦੇ ਅਹੁਦੇ ਤੋਂ ਅਸਤੀਫਾ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਨੇ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਹੇਰਾਫੇਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਅਸ਼ਨੀਰ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਆਡਿਟ ਵੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
ਕੰਪਨੀ ਨੇ ਮੁਕੱਦਮਾ ਦਰਜ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ
ਆਡਿਟ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਨੇ ਅਸ਼ਨੀਰ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਸਿਵਲ ਕੋਰਟ ‘ਚ ਕੇਸ ਦਾਇਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਵਿਚ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਫਰਜ਼ੀ ਬਿੱਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਦੇ ਫੰਡਾਂ ਦੀ ਦੁਰਵਰਤੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ Ashneer ਨੇ BharatPe ਬਣਾਉਣ ‘ਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਕੰਪਨੀ ਦਾ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਸ਼ਨੀਰ ਨੇ 2018 ‘ਚ ਸਿਰਫ 31,920 ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਬਦਲੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ 3,192 ਸ਼ੇਅਰ ਮਿਲੇ ਸਨ।
