ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ: ਪੱਛਮੀ ਡਿਸਟਬੇਸ ਅਤੇ ਅਰਬ ਸਾਗਰ ਤੋਂ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਆ ਰਹੀ ਨਮੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਸਮੇਤ ਟ੍ਰਾਈਸਿਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਦੋ ਦਿਨ ਭਾਰੀ ਮੀਂਹ ਪਿਆ। ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦਾ ਮੌਸਮ ਵੀ ਇੰਨਾ ਠੰਡਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮਾਰਚ ਦਾ ਮਹੀਨਾ ਆਉਣ ‘ਤੇ ਵੀ ਲੋਕ ਸਵੈਟਰ ਅਤੇ ਜੈਕਟਾਂ ਛੱਡਣ ਦੇ ਯੋਗ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ। ਮੌਸਮ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਬਦਲੇ ਹੋਏ ਪੈਟਰਨ ਕਾਰਨ ਮਾਰਚ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਹਫ਼ਤੇ ਵਿੱਚ 2015 ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇੱਕ ਦਿਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਮੀਂਹ ਪਿਆ।
ਇਹ ਤਿੰਨ ਸਾਲਾਂ ‘ਚ ਮਾਰਚ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਠੰਡਾ ਦਿਨ ਵੀ ਸੀ। ਜੇਕਰ ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਸ਼ੀਟ ‘ਤੇ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਮਾਰੀਏ ਤਾਂ ਮਾਰਚ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਹਫ਼ਤੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਦਿਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਬਾਰਿਸ਼ 2 ਮਾਰਚ 2015 ਨੂੰ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਵਾਰ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਤੋਂ ਐਤਵਾਰ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਤੱਕ 15.2 ਮਿਲੀਮੀਟਰ ਬਾਰਿਸ਼ ਹੋਈ। ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਤੋਂ ਐਤਵਾਰ ਸਵੇਰ ਤੱਕ 8.8 ਮਿਲੀਮੀਟਰ, ਸਵੇਰੇ 8:30 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ਾਮ 5:30 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ 6.4 ਮਿ.ਮੀ. ਮੀਂਹ ਪਿਆ ਪਹਾੜਾਂ ‘ਚ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਬਰਫਬਾਰੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਦਾ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ 6 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਘੱਟ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ 18.7 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ, ਜੋ ਮਾਰਚ ਮਹੀਨੇ ‘ਚ ਤਿੰਨ ਸਾਲਾਂ ‘ਚ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ ਸੀ। ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ ਵੀ 3 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਡਿੱਗ ਕੇ 15.6 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਦੇ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਏ. ਦੇ. ਸਿੰਘ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੂਰਾ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਇਸ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਪੱਛਮੀ ਡਿਸਟਬੇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ ‘ਚ ਠੰਡ ਵਧ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਮੌਸਮ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹਣ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਤੇਜ਼ ਹਵਾਵਾਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਠੰਢ ਵੀ ਵਧ ਗਈ ਹੈ
ਐਤਵਾਰ ਸ਼ਾਮ 5 ਵਜੇ ਮੀਂਹ ਤਾਂ ਰੁਕ ਗਿਆ ਪਰ ਠੰਡ ਕਾਰਨ ਲੋਕ ਘਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਨਿਕਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਜ਼ਾਰ ਵੀ ਲਗਭਗ ਖਾਲੀ ਹੀ ਰਹੇ। ਸ਼ੁੱਕਰਵਾਰ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਤੋਂ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਤੇਜ਼ ਹਵਾਵਾਂ ਐਤਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਹੀਆਂ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਠੰਢ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੇ ਦਿਨ ਭਰ 4 ਤੋਂ 6 ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਘੰਟੇ ਦੀ ਰਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਤੇਜ਼ ਹਵਾਵਾਂ ਵੀ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਐਤਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ 18.7 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਤਿੰਨ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇਹ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਾਰ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮਾਰਚ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਦਿਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੰਨਾ ਘੱਟ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸਾਲ 2020 ਵਿੱਚ 14.3 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਸਾਲ 2019 ਵਿੱਚ 18.6 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਲ 2015 ਵਿੱਚ 17.7 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।
ਮੌਸਮ ਅੱਗੇ ਸਾਫ਼ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਦਿਨ ਦਾ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ ਵਧੇਗਾ
– ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਆਸਮਾਨ ਸਾਫ ਰਹੇਗਾ, ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ 22 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਘੱਟ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ 12 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
– ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਮੌਸਮ ਸਾਫ਼ ਰਹੇਗਾ, ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ 23 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਘੱਟ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ 12 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
– ਬੁੱਧਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਆਸਮਾਨ ਸਾਫ ਰਹੇਗਾ, ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਤਾਪਮਾਨ 23 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਘੱਟ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ 12 ਡਿਗਰੀ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
