ਡੈਸਕ- ਚਮਕੌਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਵਸਨੀਕ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਵਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ‘ਤੇ ਵਾਰਿਸ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰੀ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਭਾਈ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਚਿਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ । ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਇੰਝ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੰਗ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਤਾਂ ਟਕਰਾਅ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਬਣ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ,ਜੋਕਿ ਉਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ।ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਵਰਿੰਦਰ ਦੀ ਦਿਮਾਗੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਠੀਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ । ਉਸਦਾ ਪੀ.ਜੀ.ਆਈ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਜ ਚਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ । ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਕੁੱਝ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਹਿ ‘ਤੇ ਇਕ ਬਿਮਾਰ ਬੰਦੇ ਦੀ ਝੁਠੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ‘ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਛਾਪੇਮਾਰੀਆਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ।ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਲਜ਼ਾਮ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਿੰਘਾ ਨਾਲ ਥਰਡ ਡਿਗਰੀ ਇਸਤੇਮਾਲ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ।
ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਾਰੀ ਐੱਫ.ਆਈ.ਆਰ ਝੂਠ ਦਾ ਪੁਲਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ । ਸਿੰਘ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ‘ਤੇ ਹੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਧਰਮ ਦੀ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਕਰਨ ‘ਤੇ ਧਾਰਾ 295 ਏ ਲਗਾਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ ।ਫਿਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ‘ਤੇ 2 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਦੀ ਲੁੱਟ ਪਾਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ ।ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ 295 ਧਾਰਾ ਲਗਾ ਕੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਾਨਸਿਕਤਾ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਣ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ।
ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਨੇ ਇਲਜ਼ਾਮ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਝੁਠੇ ਪਰਚੇ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਲਸਿਆ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਪੰਥਕ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਹੱਥ ਹੈ । ਉੁਹ ਲੋਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਹੋਰ ਧਰਮ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਕਰੇ ।ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਮਿਤ ਸ਼ਾਹ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਬਿਆਨਬਾਜੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ । ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਝੂਠਾ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ।ਇੱਕਲੇ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ।
ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਪਸੰਦ ਲੋਕ ਹਨ । ਸਰਕਾਰ ਜਾਨਬੁੱਝ ਕੇ ਗਲਤ ਵਤੀਰਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ।ਇਹੋ ਕਾਰਣ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਅਜਨਾਲਾ ਵਾਲੀ ਕਾਲ ਵੀ ਵਾਪਸ ਲੈ ਲਈ । ਉਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਕਿ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਖਰਾਬ ਹੋਵੇ । ਪਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਇਸ਼ਾਰਿਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ।ਭਾਈ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਕੋਈ ਵੈਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ । ਦੋਨਾ ਚ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ,ਪਰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਚਲਾਕੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਜ ਨਹੀਂ ਆ ਰਹੀ ।ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਝੂਠਾ ਪਰਚਾ ਰੱਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਅਜਨਾਲਾ ਥਾਣੇ ਦਾ ਘਿਰਾਓ ਵੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ।
ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ‘ਤੇ ਪੋਸਟ ਪਾਉਣ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਭਾਈ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਚਮਕੌਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਾਸੀ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਵਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਮਨਮੁਟਾਵ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਸਾਹਮਨੇ ਆਈ ਸੀ । ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਨੇ ਇਲਜ਼ਾਮ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਦੇ ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਅਗਵਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਕੁੱਟਮਾਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ । ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਥਾਣਾ ਅਜਨਾਲਾ ਦੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਭਾਈ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ੳਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਪਰਚਾੲ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ । ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੋ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾ ਦੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ । ਜਿਸਦਾ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ।
