ਡੈਸਕ- ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਕਿਰਨਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਹੁਣ ਕਈ ਹੈਰਾਨੀਜਨਕ ਖਬਰਾਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਆ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ । ਮੀਡੀਆ ਹਲਕਿਆਂ ‘ਚ ਬ੍ਰਿਟਿਸ਼ ਖੂਫੀਆ ਅਫਸਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਵਾਲੇ ਨਾਲ ਕਈ ਖੁਲਾਸੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ । ਫਿਲਹਾਲ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ‘ਵਾਰਿਸ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ’ ਦੀ ਕਥਿਤ ਫੰਡਿੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਕਿਰਨਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ਦਾ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਖੰਗਾਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ । ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਫਸਰ ਵਲੋਂ ਫਿਲਹਾਲ ਕਿਰਨਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ।
ਓਧਰ ‘ਵਾਰਿਸ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ’ ਮੁਖੀ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਵਿਚ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਕ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪੁੱਛ-ਪੜਤਾਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿਚ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਕ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਫੰਡਿੰਗ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਬੈਂਕ ਖਾਤਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਦਾ ਵਿਆਹ ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿਚ ਬ੍ਰਿਟਿਸ਼ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਕਿਰਨਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਦੱਸਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਬੱਬਰ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਇੰਟਰਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ (ਬੀਕੇਆਈ) ਦੀ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਰਹਿ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਦੇ ਬੈਂਕ ਖਾਤਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੀ ਉਸ ਨੇ “ਵਾਰਿਸ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ” ਸੰਸਥਾ ਨੂੰ ਫੰਡ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ ਜਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ।
ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪਿਛੋਕੜ ਦੀ ਘੋਖ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀਆਂ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਸਥਾ ‘ਵਾਰਿਸ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ’ ਲਈ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਫੰਡ ਜੁਟਾਉਣ ਵਿਚ ਕਥਿਤ ਤੌਰ ’ਤੇ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਨਾਂ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ। ਇਕ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਵਿਚ ਬ੍ਰਿਟਿਸ਼ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਵਾਲੇ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਬੀਕੇਆਈ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਰਹੀ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਕਿਰਨਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ਖਾਲਿਸਤਾਨ ਪੱਖੀ ਰੈਲੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਸਰਗਰਮੀ ਨਾਲ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈਂਦੀ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਇਕ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਵਿਚ ਬ੍ਰਿਟਿਸ਼ ਖੁਫੀਆ ਅਫਸਰ ਦੇ ਹਵਾਲੇ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦੇ ਸਬੂਤ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਕਿਰਨਦੀਪ ਬੱਬਰ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਲਈ ਪੈਸਾ ਇਕੱਠਾ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। 2020 ਵਿਚ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ 5 ਹੋਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਅੱਤਵਾਦ ਦੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਅਤੇ ਬੱਬਰ ਖਾਲਸਾ ਲਈ ਫੰਡ ਇਕੱਠਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਸ਼ੱਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਬਰਤਾਨੀਆ ਵਿਚ ਖਾਲਿਸਤਾਨ ਸਮਰਥਕ ਪਰਮਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੰਮਾ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ ਜੁੜੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।
ਉਧਰ, ਇਕ ਨਵੀਂ ਫੁਟੇਜ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਪਲੈਟੀਨਾ ਮੋਟਰਸਾਈਕਲ ਸਣੇ ਇਕ ਜੁਗਾੜੂ ਰੇਹੜੀ ਵਿਚ ਬੈਠ ਫਰਾਰ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਫੁਟੇਜ ਫਿਲੌਰ ਨੇੜਲੇ ਦਾਰਾਪੁਰ ਪਿੰਡ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਨਹਿਰ ਵੱਲ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਰਾਹ ਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਰੇਹੜੀ ਵਿਚ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਇਕ ਸਾਥੀ ਵੀ ਹੈ। ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਭੱਜਣ ਵੇਲੇ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਪਲੈਟੀਨਾ ਬਾਈਕ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਸੀ, ਉਹ ਮੋਟਰਸਾਈਕਲ ਵਾਲੀ ਜੁਗਾੜੂ ਰੇਹੜੀ ਵਿਚ ਲੱਦੀ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
