ਮੁੰਬਈ: ਮੁੰਬਈ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕ੍ਰਾਈਮ ਨੇ ਅਸ਼ਲੀਲ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਅਪਲੋਡ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਡੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਿਲਪਾ ਸ਼ੈੱਟੀ ਦੇ ਪਤੀ ਰਾਜ ਕੁੰਦਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਏ.ਐੱਨ.ਆਈ. ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਰਿਆਨ ਥਰਪ ਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਨੇੜੇ ਨੇਰਲ ਤੋਂ ਫੜਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਦੱਸ ਦੇਈਏ ਕਿ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਦੇਰ ਰਾਤ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੀ ਕ੍ਰਾਈਮ ਬ੍ਰਾਂਚ ਨੇ ਰਾਜ ਕੁੰਦਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਅਸ਼ਲੀਲ ਫਿਲਮਾਂ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਜ ਸਮੇਤ 11 ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਦੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਰਾਜ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਇਦਾਦ ਸੈੱਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਡਾਕਟਰੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਲਈ ਜੇ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਲਿਜਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਜਾਂਚ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਰਾਜ ਕੁੰਦਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਦੇ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਲਿਜਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਰਾਜ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਜ (ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ) ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

ਉਮੇਸ਼ ਰਾਜ ਕੁੰਦਰਾ ਦਾ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਵਰਕਰ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਇਲਜ਼ਾਮ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਮੇਸ਼ ਨੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਐਪਸ ‘ਤੇ ਘੱਟੋ ਘੱਟ ਅੱਠ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਅਪਲੋਡ ਕੀਤੇ ਸਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ Gehana Vasisth ਨੇ ਸ਼ੂਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੱਕ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਰਾਜ ਕੁੰਦਰਾ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਵਿਚ ਹਿੱਸੇਦਾਰੀ ਹੈ। ਮੁੰਬਈ ਦੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਹੇਮੰਤ ਨਾਗਰਾਲੇ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਰਾਜ ਕੁੰਦਰਾ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੱਖ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ਕਰਤਾ ਹੈ।

ਅਸ਼ਲੀਲ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਫੈਲਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿਚ ਆਈ ਟੀ ਐਕਟ ਅਤੇ ਆਈ ਪੀ ਸੀ ਵਿਚ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਹੈ। ਆਈਟੀਸੀ ਅਦਾਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 67-ਏ ਅਤੇ ਆਈਪੀਸੀ ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 292, 293, 294, 500 ਅਤੇ 506 ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ. ਅਪਰਾਧ ਦੀ ਗੰਭੀਰਤਾ ਦੇ ਅਧਾਰ ‘ਤੇ 5 ਸਾਲ ਤੱਕ ਦੀ ਕੈਦ ਅਤੇ 10 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਤਕ ਦਾ ਜ਼ੁਰਮਾਨਾ।
