ਰਾਹੁਲ ਦੇਵ ਨੇ ਨਾ ਸਿਰਫ ਬਾਲੀਵੁੱਡ ਫਿਲਮਾਂ ‘ਚ ਖਲਨਾਇਕ ਦੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨਿਭਾਈ ਹੈ, ਸਗੋਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਖਲਨਾਇਕ ਦੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਖਣ ਸਿਨੇਮਾ ‘ਚ ਵੀ ਕਾਫੀ ਪਸੰਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਦੱਖਣ ‘ਚ ਵੀ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਅਦਾਕਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਵੱਖਰੀ ਛਾਪ ਛੱਡੀ ਹੈ। ਇੱਥੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਨਾਗਾਰਜੁਨ ਦੀ ‘ਮਾਸ’ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਫਿਲਮਾਂ ‘ਚ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।

ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊ ‘ਚ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਨੇ ਫਿਟਨੈੱਸ ਦੇ ਰਾਜ਼ ਬਾਰੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਸਰੀਰ ਬਹੁਤ ਪਸੰਦ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਉਸ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨੂੰ ਪਸੰਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਜਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਈ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਰੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਬਦਲਦਾ ਹੈ। ਬਾਡੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਟਿਪਸ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਰਾਜ਼ ਦੱਸਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੇ ਬਾਡੀ ਬਣਾਉਣੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਜਾਣਾ ਪਵੇਗਾ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਐਕਟਰ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਰਾਹੁਲ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਵਿਚ ਆਲਸ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੌਣ ਉੱਠਦਾ ਹੈ, ਕਿਵੇਂ ਜਾਣਾ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਉਹ ਮੰਨਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਿਸੇ ਚੀਜ਼ ਦੀ ਆਦਤ ਬਣਨ ਵਿਚ 3 ਹਫ਼ਤੇ ਲੱਗ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਫਿਰ ਇਹ ਆਦਤ ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਪੀਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਆਦਤ ਪਾਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਰਫ 3 ਹਫ਼ਤੇ ਲੱਗਣਗੇ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਫਿਟਨੈੱਸ ਲਈ ਜਿਮ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਆਦਤ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਬਣ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਇਕ ਹੋਰ ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊ ‘ਚ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਦੇਵ ਨੇ ਖੁਲਾਸਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਫਿਟਨੈੱਸ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹੋ ਤਾਂ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਘਰ ਦਾ ਬਣਿਆ ਖਾਣਾ ਖਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਘਰ ਦਾ ਬਣਿਆ ਖਾਣਾ ਖਾਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
