T20 ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ 2024: ਟੀ-20 ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ 2024 ਦਾ 37ਵਾਂ ਮੈਚ ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਨੇਪਾਲ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਖੇਡਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਨੇਪਾਲ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਟਾਸ ਜਿੱਤ ਕੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ। ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਵੱਡਾ ਸਕੋਰ ਬਣਾਉਣ ‘ਚ ਨਾਕਾਮ ਰਹੀ। ਨੇਪਾਲ ਦੀ ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ 19.3 ਓਵਰਾਂ ‘ਚ 106 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਆਲ ਆਊਟ ਹੋ ਗਈ।
ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਟੀਚੇ ਦਾ ਪਿੱਛਾ ਕਰਨ ਆਈ ਨੇਪਾਲ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ 19.2 ਓਵਰਾਂ ‘ਚ 85 ਦੌੜਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਹੀ ਢੇਰ ਹੋ ਗਈ। ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਮੈਚ 21 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜਿੱਤ ਕੇ ਸੁਪਰ 8 ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਥਾਂ ਪੱਕੀ ਕਰ ਲਈ ਹੈ। ਟੀ-20 ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ ‘ਚ ਇਹ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਮੌਕਾ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ ਨੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਮੈਚ ਜਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ।
ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੇ ਨਿਰਾਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ
ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਟਾਸ ਹਾਰ ਕੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ। ਸੁਪਰ 8 ਦੇ ਨਜ਼ਰੀਏ ਤੋਂ ਇਹ ਮੈਚ ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ ਲਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਮੈਚ ਸੀ। ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕੋਈ ਖਾਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਰਫ 6 ਓਵਰਾਂ ‘ਚ ਹੀ ਉਸ ਦੇ 4 ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ ਪੈਵੇਲੀਅਨ ਚਲੇ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਟੀਮ ਦਾ ਸਕੋਰ ਵੀ ਸਿਰਫ 31 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਸੀ।
ਇਸ ਪਾਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ 20 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਦਾ ਅੰਕੜਾ ਵੀ ਪਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਿਆ। ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਅਹਿਮ ਮੈਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਰਫ਼ 106 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਆਲ ਆਊਟ ਹੋ ਗਈ।
ਜੇਕਰ ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ ਇਹ ਮੈਚ ਹਾਰ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਨੀਦਰਲੈਂਡ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਆਪਣਾ ਮੈਚ ਜਿੱਤ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਸੁਪਰ 8 ਵਿੱਚ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਮਿਲ ਜਾਂਦੀ। ਪਰ ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੇ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਕੁੱਲ 106 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਦਾ ਬਚਾਅ ਵੀ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਹ ਟੀ-20 ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ ਦੇ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ ਦਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਛੋਟਾ ਸਕੋਰ ਹੈ।
ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਨੇ ਬਚਾਈ ਇੱਜ਼ਤ
ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਖੇਡਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕੁੱਲ 106 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਹੀ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ ਸਨ। ਪਰ ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਸਕੋਰ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਾ ਕੇ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਇੱਜ਼ਤ ਬਚਾਈ। ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਬਦੌਲਤ ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ ਨੇ ਨੇਪਾਲ ਨੂੰ 21 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਹਰਾ ਕੇ ਟੀ-20 ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ ਦੇ ਸੁਪਰ 8 ‘ਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਪੱਕੀ ਕਰ ਲਈ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ ਵਲੋਂ ਮੁਸਤਫਿਜ਼ੁਰ ਰਹਿਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਕਿਬ ਅਲ ਹਸਨ ਨੇ ਦੋ ਵਿਕਟਾਂ ਲਈਆਂ।
