ਟੀਵੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਬਿਊਰੋ- ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿਚ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਆਈ. ਜੀ. ਪਰਮਾਰ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਐੱਸ. ਆਈ. ਟੀ. ਨੇ ਵੱਡਾ ਖ਼ੁਲਾਸਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਖੁਲਾਸੇ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਡੇਰਾ ਸੱਚਾ ਸੌਦਾ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਗੁਰਮੀਤ ਰਾਮ ਰਹੀਮ ਦਾ ਕਥਿਤ ਤੌਰ ’ਤੇ ਅਪਮਾਨ ਹੋਣ ਦਾ ਬਦਲਾ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਹੀ ਡੇਰਾ ਪ੍ਰੇਮੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹੀ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਐੱਸ. ਆਈ. ਟੀ. ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਕ ਨੋਟ ਵਿਚ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਡੇਰੇ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਮੀ ਮਹਿੰਦਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਿੱਟੂ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੇ ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਇਹ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਜਾਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਇਥੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਦੱਸਣਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਮਹਿੰਦਰਪਾਲ ਬਿੱਟੂ ਦਾ ਨਾਭਾ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿਚ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਤਲ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।
ਸਿੱਟ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਸੁਖਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੰਨੀ ਕਾਂਡਾ, ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਸਿੰਘ, ਰਣਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਰਫ ਭੋਲਾ, ਬਲਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ, ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ ਸਿੰਘ, ਪਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਰਫ ਰਾਜੂ ਧੋਦੀ, ਰਣਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਰਫ ਨੀਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਕੁਝ ਹੋਰ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ। ਨੀਲਾ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਮਾਰ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ 16 ਮਈ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਸੀ।
ਇਕ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਅਖ਼ਬਾਰ ਦੀ ਖਬਰ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੁਲਜਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰੀ ਸੌਖੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ । ਇਹ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਜਾਂਚ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਛੇ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਲੀਗਲ ਚੈਨਲਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਣ ਦਾ ਹਰ ਹੀਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਦਿਲਚਸਪੀ ਵਾਲੀ ਗੱਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸੂਚੀ ਵਿਚ ਡੇਰੇ ਦੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੀ ਪ੍ਰੇਮੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਟੋਲਾ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਦਾ ਜ਼ਿਕਰ ਡੀ. ਆਈ. ਜੀ. ਰਣਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਖੱਟੜਾ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਐੱਸ. ਆਈ. ਟੀ. ਨੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਖੱਟੜਾ ਦੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਸੀ. ਬੀ. ਆਈ. ਨੇ ਵੀ ਇਹ ਮੰਨਣ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਡੇਰਾ ਪ੍ਰੇਮੀ ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸਨ।
ਇਥੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਦੱਸਣਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੁਝ ਸਮਾਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਖੱਟੜਾ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਐੱਸ. ਆਈ. ਟੀ. ਭੰਗ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਨਵੀਂ ਸਿੱਟ ਦਾ ਗਠਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਆਈ. ਜੀ. ਐੱਸ. ਪੀ. ਐੱਸ. ਪਰਮਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਐੱਸ. ਆਈ. ਟੀ. ਦਾ ਅਗਲਾ ਮੁਖੀ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਨੋਟ ਵਿਚ ਆਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਸਭ ਦੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਡੇਰਾ ਪ੍ਰੇਮੀ ਮਹਿੰਦਰਪਾਲ ਬਿੱਟੂ ਨੇ ਡੇਰਾ ਮੁਖੀ ਦੇ ਅਪਮਾਨ ਦਾ ਬਦਲਾ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਘੜੀ ਸੀ। ਬਿੱਟੂ ਦੇ ਖਾਸਮ-ਖਾਸ ਸੁਖਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਰ ਸੰਨੀ ਕਾਂਡਾ ਨੇ ਬੁਰਜ ਜਵਾਹਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਤੋਂ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦਾ ਸਰੂਪ ਚੋਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਸੰਨੀ ਨੇ ਹੀ ਮੰਦੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਵਾਲੇ ਪੋਸਟਰ ਲਿਖੇ ਤੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਅੰਗ ਪਾੜ ਕੇ ਬਰਗਾੜੀ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿਚ ਸੁੱਟੇ ਸਨ। ਸਨੀ ਤੇ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਨੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿਚ ਪਾਟੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਰੂਪਾਂ ਬਿੱਟੂ ਨੂੰ ਸੌਂਪ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਰਾਜੂ ਧੋਂਦੀ ਨੇ ਸਰੂਪ ਦੇ 100 ਅੰਗ ਨਹਿਰ ਵਿਚ ਸੁੱਟ ਦਿੱਤੇ।
