ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ‘ਭਾਰਤ ਬੰਦ’ ਸੱਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ‘ਚ ਅੱਜ ਬੱਸ ਸੇਵਾ ਰਹੇਗੀ ਬੰਦ, ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਛੋਟ
ਡੈਸਕ- MSP ‘ਤੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਗਾਰੰਟੀ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਸੰਗਠਨਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅੱਜ ਭਾਰਤ ਬੰਦ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਸਵੇਰੇ 6 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਸ਼ਾਮ 4 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਰਹੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਕਾਰਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਅੱਜ ਬੱਸ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਬੰਦ ਰਹਿਣਗੀਆਂ। ਬੱਸਾਂ ਜ਼ਰੀਏ ਸਫਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਜ ਬੱਸ ਸਰਵਿਸ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਹੋਣਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਵੇਟ ਬੱਸਾਂ ਵੀ ਲਗਭਗ ਬੰਦ ਰਹਿਣਗੀਆਂ। ਪਨਬਸ-ਪੀਆਰਟੀਸੀ ਠੇਕਾ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿਚ ਪੂਰਨ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਬੱਸਾਂ ਦਾ ਚੱਕਾ ਜਾਮ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਫਿਰੋਜ਼ਪੁਰ ਮੰਡਲ ਦੀਆਂ 4 ਰੇਲਗੱਡੀਆਂ ਰੱਦ ਹੋਈਆਂ, 7 ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਰਟ ਟਰਮੀਨੇਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ, 5 ਨੰ ਰੀ-ਸ਼ੈਡਿਊਲ ਤੇ 12 ਦੇ ਰੂਟ ਬਦਲਕੇ ਚਲਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਕਿਸਾਨ ਸੰਗਠਨਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਐਂਬੂਲੈਂਸ ਵਗੈਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਛੋਟ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਲਈ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਰੋਕਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਦੇਣ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਰੋਕਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਵਿਆਹ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਰੋਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਗਾਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਕਿਸਾਨ ਸੰਗਠਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਯਾਤਰੀ ਹਵਾਈ ਰਸਤੇ ਜਾਂ ਟ੍ਰੇਨ ਤੋਂ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਟਿਕਟ ਦਿਖਾ ਕੇ ਨਿਕਲ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਦੱਸ ਦੇਈਏ ਕਿ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਨੇਤਾਵਾਂ ਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿਚ ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਤੀਜੇ ਦੌਰ ਦੀ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਵੀ ਬੇਨਤੀਜਾ ਰਹੀ। ਇਹ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਰਾਤ 8 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਲਗਭਗ 1.30ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਚੱਲੀ। ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ MSP ‘ਤੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਸਤਾਵ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਨਿਧੀ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਕਿਸਾਨ ਨੇਤਾ MSP ਗਾਰੰਟੀ ‘ਤੇ ਅੜੇ ਰਹੇ, ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅੱਜ ਭਾਰਤ ਬੰਦ ਦਾ ਸੱਦਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
