UIDAI ਦੀ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਆਧਾਰ ਕਾਰਡ ‘ਚ ਜਨਮ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਮੌਤ ਤੱਕ ਦਾ ਡਾਟਾ ਆਧਾਰ ‘ਚ ਅਪਡੇਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਯਾਨੀ ਬੱਚੇ ਦੇ ਜਨਮ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਅਸਥਾਈ ਆਧਾਰ ਨੰਬਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਇਓਮੈਟ੍ਰਿਕ ਡੇਟਾ ਨਾਲ ਅਪਡੇਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਇੰਨਾ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ, ਮੌਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦਾ ਆਧਾਰ ਵੀ ਅਪਡੇਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਦੁਰਵਰਤੋਂ ਨਾ ਕਰ ਸਕੇ। ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੁਣ ਆਧਾਰ ‘ਚ ਜਨਮ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਮੌਤ ਤੱਕ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
ਦੋ ਪਾਇਲਟ ਪ੍ਰਾਜੈਕਟ
ਯੂ.ਆਈ.ਡੀ.ਏ.ਆਈ. ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਜਨਮ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਆਧਾਰ ਨੰਬਰ ਇਹ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਏਗਾ ਕਿ ਬੱਚੇ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਯੋਜਨਾਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਲਾਭ ਮਿਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਂਝਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹੇਗਾ। ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ, ਆਧਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੌਤ ਦੇ ਅੰਕੜਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪਡੇਟ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟ ਬੈਨੀਫਿਟ ਟ੍ਰਾਂਸਫਰ (ਡੀਬੀਟੀ) ਸਕੀਮ ਦੀ ਦੁਰਵਰਤੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਦੇਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਯੂਜ਼ਰ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀ ਕਈ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ‘ਚ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ ਦੋ ਪਾਇਲਟ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਹੈ।
ਜ਼ੀਰੋ ਬੇਸ ਕੀ ਹੈ
ਸਮੇਂ-ਸਮੇਂ ‘ਤੇ, UIDAI ਉਪਭੋਗਤਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਫਾਇਦੇ ਲਈ ਕਈ ਯੋਜਨਾਵਾਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। UAIDAI ਹੁਣ ਜ਼ੀਰੋ ਆਧਾਰ ਲਿਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਨਾਲ ਫਰਜ਼ੀ ਆਧਾਰ ਨੰਬਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਣੇਗਾ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ‘ਚ ਜਾਅਲਸਾਜ਼ੀ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣਾ ਆਸਾਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ੀਰੋ ਆਧਾਰ ਨੰਬਰ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਜਨਮ ਮਿਤੀ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਸਬੂਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਆਮਦਨ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਸਬੂਤ ਹੈ।
