ਮਜੀਠੀਆ ਮਾਮਲੇ ‘ਚ ED ਦੀ ਐਂਟਰੀ, ਬਿਕਰਮ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੇ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਸਵਾਲ
ਡੈਸਕ- ਹੁਣ ਇਨਫੋਰਸਮੈਂਟ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟੋਰੇਟ (ED) ਨੇ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਆਗੂ ਬਿਕਰਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਜੀਠੀਆ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਤਸਕਰੀ ਦੇ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਐਂਟਰ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ED ਨੇ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਜਾਂਚ ਟੀਮ (SIT) ਤੋਂ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮੰਗੀ ਹੈ। ED ਨੇ ਬਿਕਰਮ ਮਜੀਠੀਆ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਜ ਐਫਆਈਆਰ ਦੇ ਵੇਰਵੇ, ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ, ਗਵਾਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਿਆਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮਜੀਠੀਆ ਦੇ ਬਿਆਨਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਪੂਰੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮੰਗੀ ਹੈ।
ED ਦੀ ਐਂਟਰੀ ਦੀ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਮੀਡੀਆ ‘ਚ ਫੈਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੁਣ ਬਿਕਰਮ ਮਜੀਠੀਆ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਸ਼ੇਅਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਘੇਰਿਆ ਹੈ। ED ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮੰਗੇ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਬਿਕਰਮ ਮਜੀਠੀਆ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਬਿਆਨ ਹੈ। ਬਿਕਰਮ ਮਜੀਠੀਆ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ- ਮੈਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਦੱਸਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ CM ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਘਬਰਾਹਟ ਫਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਕਿਉਂਕਿ, ਮਜੀਠੀਆ ਸਮਝੌਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ, ਟੋਪੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਹਿਨਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸੀਆਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਦਾ, ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਘੇਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮੰਡਲ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਰਤੂਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਲੁੱਟ ਦਾ ਪਰਦਾਫਾਸ਼ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਮਜੀਠੀਆ ਨੇ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕਿ ਕਿ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਇਹ (ਕੇਸ ED ਨੂੰ ਸੌਂਪੇ ਜਾਣ ਬਾਰੇ) ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਤਾ ਸੀ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਕਈ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਫਿਕਰਮੰਦ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਮਜੀਠੀਆ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਫਸਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ। ਉਸ (ਮਜੀਠੀਆ) ਦਾ ਕੇਸ ਉਸੇ ED ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਅਤੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਸਾਫ਼ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਸੀਐਮ ਮਾਨ ਦੇ ਹੱਥ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਮਜੀਠੀਆ ‘ਤੇ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਇਲਜ਼ਾਮ ਲੱਗੇ 11 ਸਾਲ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇੱਕ ਸੀਟ ਨਹੀਂ, 5-5 ਸੀਟਾਂ ਬਦਲੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ। ਪਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਚਲਾਨ ਵੀ ਪੇਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕੀ। ਆਖਰਕਾਰ ਇਹ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਖੁਦ ED ਨੂੰ ਸੌਂਪ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਹ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ED ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਅੱਜ ਰੌਲਾ ਪਿਆ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਕ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ‘ਤੇ ਇਲਜ਼ਾਮ ਲਾਏ ਗਏ ਸਨ।
ਚਲਾਨ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ- ਮਜੀਠੀਆ
SIT ਡੀਜੀਪੀ ਪੱਧਰ ਤੋਂ ਡੀਆਈਜੀ, ਐਸਪੀ ਅਤੇ ਡੀਐਸਪੀ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਜੇਕਰ ਕੁਝ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਚਲਾਨ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰੋ। ਇਹ ਸਿਰਫ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਣਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਆਪ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ।
ਮੈਂ ਹਰ ਗੱਲ ਦਾ ਵਿਸਥਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਜਵਾਬ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ। ਮਜੀਠੀਆ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ 2014 ਵਿੱਚ ਈਡੀ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਬਿਆਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ਤੇ ਧਾਰਾ 50 ਪੀਐਮਐਲਏ ਤਹਿਤ ਕੇਸ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਹੁਣ ਇਹ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਮੁੜ ED ਕੋਲ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਧਾਰਾ 50 ਪੀਐਮਐਲਏ ਤਹਿਤ ਲਏ ਗਏ ਬਿਆਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਹੋਂਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਜਦੋਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ਮਿਲੀ ਤਾਂ ਡਬਲ ਬੈਂਚ ਨੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਮਜੀਠੀਆ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਕੋਈ ਸਬੂਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।
