ਹੁਣ ਸਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ 2 ਵਾਰ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ ਬੋਰਡ ਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ, ਸਕੂਲੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ-ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਅਹਿਮ ਐਲਾਨ
ਡੈਸਕ- ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਬਦਲਾਅ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਸਕੂਲੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ-ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਅਹਿਮ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਐਲਾਨ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਨੀਤੀ 2020 ਦੇ ਉਪਬੰਧਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਹੋਇਆਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਹੁਣ ਬੋਰਡ ਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਸਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋ ਵਾਰ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ। ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਕੋਲ ਇਹ ਵਿਕਲਪ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਸੈਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਧੀਆ ਅੰਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਫਾਈਨਲ ਮਾਰਕਸ ਮੰਨ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਸਾਰੇ ਬੋਰਡਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬੋਰਡ ਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਸਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਹੀ ਕਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰਾਲਾ ਨਵੇਂ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਪੈਟਰਨ ਅਧਾਰਤ ਬੋਰਡ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਸੰਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਮਝ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਯੋਗੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਮੁਲਾਂਕਣ ਕਰੇਗੀ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਕਲਾਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਪੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਕਵਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਵਰਤਮਾਨ ਚਲਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਕਾਪੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਲਾਗਤ ਨੂੰ ਅਨੁਕੂਲਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਉੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਸਕੂਲ ਬੋਰਡ ਸਹੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਨ ਡਿਮਾਂਡ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਦੀ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਵਿਕਸਿਤ ਕਰਨਗੇ।
ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਬਦਲਾਅ ਤਹਿਤ 11ਵੀਂ ਅਤੇ 12ਵੀਂ ਜਮਾਤ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਟ੍ਰੀਮ ਦੀ ਚੋਣ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਮਜਬੂਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਣ ਹਟਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਹੁਣ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਜਮਾਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਸੰਦ ਦੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਚੁਣਨ ਲਈ ਆਜ਼ਾਦ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ 11ਵੀਂ ਅਤੇ 12ਵੀਂ ਜਮਾਤ ‘ਚ ਦੋ ਭਾਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ, ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ ਇਕ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। 2024 ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਠ ਪੁਸਤਕਾਂ ਵਿਕਸਤ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ। ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਰੇ ਬੋਰਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਾਠਕ੍ਰਮ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਇੰਸ, ਕਾਮਰਸ, ਆਰਟਸ, ਵੋਕੇਸ਼ਨਲ ਆਦਿ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਇੱਕ ਦੀ ਚੋਣ ਕਰਨੀ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਪਾਠਕ੍ਰਮ ਫਰੇਮਵਰਕ ਸਮੀਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਐਨਐਸਟੀਸੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੀ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਵਰਕਸ਼ਾਪ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਧਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਸਤੂਰੀਰੰਗਨ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਸਟੀਅਰਿੰਗ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਨੇ ਨਵੀਂ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਨੀਤੀ ਲਈ ਸਿਲੇਬਸ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸੌਂਪ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਐਨ.ਸੀ.ਈ.ਆਰ.ਟੀ. NCERT ਦੁਆਰਾ ਦੋ ਕਮੇਟੀਆਂ, ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਨਿਰੀਖਣ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਪਾਠਕ੍ਰਮ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਠ ਪੁਸਤਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ (NSTC) ਬਣਾਈਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਕਮੇਟੀਆਂ 21ਵੀਂ ਸਦੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਲੋੜਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੂਲ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸੋਚ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਸਿਲੇਬਸ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਨਗੀਆਂ।
