Vancouver – ਅੱਜ ਤੋਂ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਭਾਰਤ ਨਾਲ ਮੁੜ ਤੋਂ ਸਿਧੀਆਂ ਉਡਾਣਾਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਨਾਲ 27 ਸਤੰਬਰ ਤੋਂ ਮੁੜ ਉਡਾਣਾਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ। ਭਾਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਲਗਭਗ ਪੰਜ ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਿੱਧੀਆਂ ਉਡਾਣਾਂ ਮੁੜ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਜੋ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਭਾਰਤ ਤੋਂ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਸਿਧੀਆਂ ਉਡਾਣਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਰੋਕ ਲਗਾਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਯਾਤਰੀ ਕਾਫੀ ਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਾਨ ਹਨ। ਖਾਸ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਇਹ ਮੰਗ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਜਲਦ ਭਾਰਤ ਨਾਲ ਸਿਧੀਆਂ ਉਡਾਣਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਲੱਗੀ ਰੋਕ ਨੂੰ ਹਟਾ ਦੇਵੇ। ਭਾਰਤ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਅਪੀਲ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ।ਇਸ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਤੋਂ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਡਬਲਯੂਐਚਓ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰਸ਼ੁਦਾ ਟੀਕਾ ਲੱਗਾ ਹੋਣਾ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ । ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਵਿਡ -19 ਟੈਸਟਿੰਗ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਅਤੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਏਅਰਪੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਟਰਮੀਨਲ 3 ਤੇ ਲੌਂਜ ਤੋਂ ਉਡਾਣਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਵਾਰ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ 18 ਘੰਟਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਇੱਕ ਆਰਟੀ-ਪੀਸੀਆਰ ਜਾਂ ਇੱਕ ਰੇਪਿਡ ਟੈਸਟ ਕਰਵਾਉਣਾ ਕਰਾਉਣਾ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ।
ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਲਈ ਦੱਸਦਈਏ ਕਿ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਨੇ ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਨਾਲ ਸਿੱਧੀਆਂ ਉਡਾਣਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਰੋਕ ਲਗਾਈ ਸੀ।ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇਹ ਰੋਕ ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧਾਈ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ 7 ਸਤੰਬਰ ਤੋਂ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਾਖਲੇ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
* ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਯਾਤਰੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਵੈਕਸੀਨੇਟ ਹੋਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਦਾਖ਼ਲ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ 14 ਦਿਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂਵੈਕਸੀਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਡੋਜ਼ਾਂ ਲੱਗੀਆਂ ਹੋਣੀਆਂ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹਨ ।
* ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਪਹੁੰਚਣ ਤੋਂ 72 ਘੰਟਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਰਾਇਵ ਕੈਨ (ArriveCan) ਐਪ ‘ਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਵੈਕਸੀਨ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਅਪਲੋਡ ਕਰਨੇ ਹੋਣਗੇ।
* ਹਵਾਈ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਫ਼ਾਇਨਲ ਉਡਾਣ ਤੋਂ 72 ਘੰਟਿਆਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕੋਵਿਡ ਟੈਸਟ ਕਰਵਾਉਣਾ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
* ਬਿਨਾਂ ਵੈਕਸੀਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਵੈਕਸੀਨੇਟ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਦਾਖ਼ਲ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ ਪਰ 12 ਸਾਲ ਜਾਂ ਵੱਧ ਉਮਰ ਦੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੁਆਰੰਟੀਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
