ਡੈਸਕ- ਸਾਬਕਾ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸਾਧੂ ਸਿੰਘ ਧਰਮਸੋਤ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾਂ ਹੋਰ ਵਧ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਦਰਅਸਲ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਅਤੇ ਸਸ਼ਕਤੀਕਰਨ ਮੰਤਰਾਲਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਲ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਹੋਏ 63.91 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਪੋਸਟ ਮੈਟ੍ਰਿਕ ਸਕਾਲਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਘੁਟਾਲੇ ਦੀ ਸੀ.ਬੀ.ਆਈ. ਤੋਂ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਰਾਜ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਏ ਨਰਾਇਣ ਸਵਾਮੀ ਨੇ ਖੁਦ ਇਹ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਸਾਧੂ ਸਿੰਘ ਧਰਮਸੋਤ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਜੰਗਲਾਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵਿਚ ਆਮਦਨ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਜਾਇਦਾਦ ਅਤੇ ਭ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਾਚਾਰ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿਚ ਦੋ ਵਾਰ ਜੇਲ ਜਾ ਚੁਕੇ ਹਨ। ਜੁਲਾਈ 2021 ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਘੁਟਾਲੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਸੀ.ਬੀ.ਆਈ. ਨੂੰ ਸੌਂਪਣ ਦੀ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਨੂੰ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਮੁਹਈਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ, ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇਹ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਠੰਢੇ ਬਸਤੇ ਵਿਚ ਚਲਾ ਗਿਆ।
ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿਚ ਇਕ ਸਮਾਜਕ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਿਰਕਤ ਕਰਨ ਆਏ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਰਾਜ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਏ ਨਰਾਇਣ ਸਵਾਮੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੋਸਟ ਮੈਟ੍ਰਿਕ ਸਕਾਲਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਘੁਟਾਲੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਸੀ.ਬੀ.ਆਈ. ਤੋਂ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਾਰੇ ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਦਿਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਜਾਂ ਕਾਲਜ ਫੀਸਾਂ ਦਾ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਵਿਚ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਦੀ ਮਾਰਕਸ਼ੀਟ ਜਾਂ ਡਿਗਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਰੋਕ ਸਕਦਾ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਦੀ ਫੀਸ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਦਾ ਕਰੇਗੀ।
ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਰਾਜ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ, ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਫੰਡ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਉਹ ਐਨ.ਓ.ਸੀ. ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੰਦੇ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਵਜ਼ੀਫ਼ਾ ਘੁਟਾਲਾ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿਚ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਤਤਕਾਲੀ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕੰਟਰੋਲਰ (ਵਿੱਤ ਤੇ ਲੇਖਾ) ਚਰਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ (ਸੇਵਾਮੁਕਤ) ਵਿਰੁਧ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਰੋਕਣ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਦਿਤੇ ਹਨ। ਜਦਕਿ ਸੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਅਫਸਰ ਮੁਕੇਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਰਖਾਸਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਪੀ.ਪੀ.ਐਸ.ਸੀ. ਕੋਲ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
