Champions Trophy: ਅਗਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਚੈਂਪੀਅਨਜ਼ ਟਰਾਫੀ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਕਟ ਪਰਿਸ਼ਦ (ਆਈਸੀਸੀ) ਕਾਫੀ ਚਿੰਤਤ ਹੈ। ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਾਰਨਾਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਜਦਕਿ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਟੂਰਨਾਮੈਂਟ ਦੀ ਮੇਜ਼ਬਾਨੀ ‘ਤੇ ਅੜੇ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਹਾਈਬ੍ਰਿਡ ਮਾਡਲ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨਣ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਆਈਸੀਸੀ ਨੇ ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਚੈਂਪੀਅਨਸ ਟਰਾਫੀ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। 16 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਤੋਂ ਇਹ ਟਰਾਫੀ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਰਵਾਨਾ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਹੁਣ ਸਵਾਲ ਇਹ ਉੱਠਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਟੀਮ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਤਾਂ ਆਈਸੀਸੀ ਕੋਲ ਕੀ ਵਿਕਲਪ ਬਚੇ ਹਨ।
ਏਸ਼ੀਆ ਕੱਪ ਹਾਈਬ੍ਰਿਡ ਮਾਡਲ ‘ਤੇ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ
ਭਾਰਤੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਕਟ ਕੰਟਰੋਲ ਬੋਰਡ (ਬੀ.ਸੀ.ਸੀ.ਆਈ.) ਇਸ ਈਵੈਂਟ ਲਈ ਟੀਮ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਭੇਜਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਹੈ। ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਏਸ਼ੀਆ ਕੱਪ ‘ਚ ਵੀ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਹੀ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ, ਜਦੋਂ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਮੈਚ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਲੰਕਾ ‘ਚ ਖੇਡੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ, ਪਰ ਇਹ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਏਸ਼ੀਅਨ ਕ੍ਰਿਕਟ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਦਾ ਸੀ। ਆਈਸੀਸੀ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਾਰ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਸਿਆ ਹੈ। ਨਾਰਾਜ਼ ਪੀਸੀਬੀ ਨੇ ਆਈਸੀਸੀ ਤੋਂ ਹੱਲ ਮੰਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਨਾ ਤਾਂ ਪੀਸੀਬੀ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਬੀਸੀਸੀਆਈ ਆਪਣੇ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਸਟੈਂਡ ਤੋਂ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਹਟਣ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਹਨ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ‘ਚ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਲਝਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਆਈਸੀਸੀ ਦੇ ਮੋਢਿਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਕੋਲ ਸਿਰਫ ਤਿੰਨ ਵਿਕਲਪ ਹਨ।

ਚੈਂਪੀਅਨਸ ਟਰਾਫੀ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਕਰ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਇਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੀਸੀਬੀ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਟੂਰਨਾਮੈਂਟ ਤੋਂ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਰੱਖਣ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਈ ਮੌਕਿਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਦੁਵੱਲੀ ਸੀਰੀਜ਼ ‘ਚ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੁਝ ਵੱਡੀਆਂ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੇਜ਼ਬਾਨੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਨਿਊਜ਼ੀਲੈਂਡ ਨੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਵਾਰ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ, ਦੋ ਵਾਰ ਇੰਗਲੈਂਡ ਅਤੇ ਇਕ ਵਾਰ ਆਸਟ੍ਰੇਲੀਆ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਪੀਸੀਬੀ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਟੀਮ ਦੇ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਆਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕਰਨ ‘ਤੇ ਆਈਸੀਸੀ ਤੋਂ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟੀਕਰਨ ਵੀ ਮੰਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਦਾ ਅਸਲ ਕਾਰਨ ਪੁੱਛਿਆ ਹੈ। ਪੀਸੀਬੀ ਦੇ ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਸਾਮੀ ਉਲ ਹਸਨ ਨੇ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਕ੍ਰਿਕਬਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ, “ਪੀਸੀਬੀ ਨੇ ਆਈਸੀਸੀ ਚੈਂਪੀਅਨਜ਼ ਟਰਾਫੀ 2025 ਲਈ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੀ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਬੀਸੀਸੀਆਈ ਦੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ‘ਤੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟੀਕਰਨ ਮੰਗਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਹਫ਼ਤੇ ਤੋਂ ਆਈਸੀਸੀ ਦੇ ਪੱਤਰ ਦਾ ਜਵਾਬ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।”
