ਡੈਸਕ- ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਕਿਰਨ ਰਿਜਿਜੂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਹੁਦੇ ਤੋਂ ਹਟਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਥਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਅਰਜੁਨ ਰਾਮ ਮੇਘਵਾਲ ਨਵੀਂ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਸੰਭਾਲਣਗੇ। ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਦੀ ਸਲਾਹ ‘ਤੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਦ੍ਰੋਪਦੀ ਮੁਰਮੂ ਨੇ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮੰਡਲ ਦੇ ਫੇਰਬਦਲ ਨੂੰ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਮੰਤਰਾਲਾ ਖੋਹਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕਿਰਨ ਰਿਜਿਜੂ ਹੁਣ ਧਰਤੀ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਮੰਤਰਾਲਾ ਸੰਭਾਲਣਗੇ।
ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਭਵਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੇਘਵਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਤੰਤਰ ਚਾਰਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਰਿਜਿਜੂ ਨੂੰ ਧਰਤੀ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਮੇਘਵਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਪੋਰਟਫੋਲੀਓ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਆਂ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਜ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਸੁਤੰਤਰ ਚਾਰਜ ਸੌਂਪਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਜਤਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਧਰਤੀ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਜਭਾਰ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ। ਮੇਘਵਾਲ ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਸੰਸਦੀ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਰਾਜ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰ ਰਾਜ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹਨ।
ਦੱਸ ਦੇਈਏ ਕਿ ਕਿਰਨ ਰਿਜਿਜੂ ਨੇ 8 ਜੁਲਾਈ, 2021 ਨੂੰ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਆਂ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦਾ ਅਹੁਦਾ ਸੰਭਾਲਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ, ਉਸਨੇ ਮਈ 2019 ਤੋਂ ਜੁਲਾਈ 2021 ਤੱਕ ਯੁਵਾ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਲਈ ਰਾਜ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਸੇਵਾ ਨਿਭਾਈ ਸੀ। ਕਿਰਨ ਰਿਜਿਜੂ ਹੁਣ ਧਰਤੀ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਦਾ ਪੋਰਟਫੋਲੀਓ ਸੰਭਾਲਣਗੇ।
ਰਿਜਿਜੂ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੇਵਾਮੁਕਤ ਜੱਜਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਟਿੱਪਣੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸੁਰਖੀਆਂ ‘ਚ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਾਲਜੀਅਮ ਬਾਰੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇ ਸਕਦਾ। ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਰ ਕੋਈ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸੇਵਾਮੁਕਤ ਜੱਜਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਵੀ ਬਿਆਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਕਿਹਾ- ਕੁਝ ਸੇਵਾਮੁਕਤ ਜੱਜ ਐਂਟੀ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਗਰੁੱਪ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਬਣ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
