ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ : ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਅਸਤੀਫਾ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਕਈ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਚੱਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਮਤਭੇਦ ਖਤਮ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਹੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਅਤੇ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਿਚ ਕਈ ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਮਤਭੇਦ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਅਸਥਿਰਤਾ ਦਾ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਸੀ।
ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਹਾਈਕਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਬਾਰੇ ਵੱਡਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸੂਤਰ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਹਾਈਕਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਅਸਤੀਫਾ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੀ ਅੰਦਰੂਨੀ ਲੜਾਈ ਕਾਰਨ ਹਾਈ ਕਮਾਨ ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਾਨ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਬਦਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੁਣ ਛੱਤੀਸਗੜ੍ਹ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਹਲਚਲ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਛੱਤੀਸਗੜ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸੀ ਨੇਤਾਵਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਮੱਤਭੇਦ
ਛੱਤੀਸਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਸੱਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਨੇਤਾਵਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਮਤਭੇਦ ਹਨ। ਭੁਪੇਸ਼ ਬਘੇਲ ਇਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਉਥੋਂ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹਨ। ਪਰ ਟੀਐਸ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਿਓ ਵੀ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੇ ਅਹੁਦੇ ‘ਤੇ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਜਤਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਸੂਤਰ ਦੱਸ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਬਘੇਲ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਤੀਸਗੜ੍ਹ ਦੀ ਕਮਾਨ ਸੌਂਪੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ, ਉਦੋਂ ਢਾਈ -ਢਾਈ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਫਾਰਮੂਲਾ ਤੈਅ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ।
ਇਹੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਟੀਐਸ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਿਓ ਹੁਣ ਹਾਈਕਮਾਨ ਉੱਤੇ ਦਬਾਅ ਪਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਛੱਤੀਸਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਅਸਥਿਰਤਾ ਦਾ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਹੈ। ਹਾਈਕਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਭੁਪੇਸ਼ ਬਘੇਲ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ।
ਭੁਪੇਸ਼ ਬਘੇਲ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ ਕਿ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਠੀਕ ਹੈ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ, ਹੁਣ ਇਹ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਛੱਤੀਸਗੜ੍ਹ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਵਿਧਾਇਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਪੱਧਰ ਦੇ ਨੇਤਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ‘ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਾਏ ਲੈਣਗੇ। ਰਾਹੁਲ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਫੇਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਛੱਤੀਸਗੜ੍ਹ ਦੇ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿਚ ਵੱਡਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਲੈ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਵਿਚ ਗਹਿਲੋਤ ਬਨਾਮ ਪਾਇਲਟ
ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਲਈ ਚੁਣੌਤੀਆਂ ਖਤਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਰਹੀਆਂ। ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਵਿਚ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਸ਼ੋਕ ਗਹਿਲੋਤ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸਚਿਨ ਪਾਇਲਟ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਸੁਲਝਦਾ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ। ਇਸ ਨੂੰ 1 ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਸਮਾਂ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਵੀ ਸਚਿਨ ਪਾਇਲਟ ਕੈਂਪ ਨੂੰ ਅਸ਼ੋਕ ਗਹਿਲੋਤ ਤੋਂ ਨਾਰਾਜ਼ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਸਚਿਨ ਪਾਇਲਟ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਹਾਈਕਮਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਪਰ ਅਸ਼ੋਕ ਗਹਿਲੋਤ ਪਾਇਲਟ ਸਮਰਥਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ। ਹਾਲਾਤ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਬਣ ਗਏ ਕਿ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਨੇਤਾ ਇਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਜਨਤਕ ਬਿਆਨ ਦੇਣ ਲੱਗੇ। ਅਜੇ ਮਾਕਨ ਅਤੇ ਕੇਸੀ ਵੇਣੂਗੋਪਾਲ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਲਝਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਹੌਲੀ ਹੌਲੀ ਹੱਥੋਂ ਨਿਕਲਦਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
