ਜਲੰਧਰ: ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਬੁੱਧਵਾਰ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ‘ਤੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਰੋਲ ਮਾਡਲ ਬਣਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਦੋ ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕੋਈ ਹੋਰ ਰੋਲ ਮਾਡਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਬਹੁਤ ਕਾਬਲ ਹਨ, ਸਾਡੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਅੱਜ ਉਹ ਬਾਹਰਲੇ ਮੁਲਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਸਦੇ ਉੱਥੋਂ ਦੇ ਮੂਲ ਨਿਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਅੱਗੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਸਾਡੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਵਰਕ ਕਲਚਰ ਹੈ। ਇੱਥੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਖਾਲੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਉਹ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਸੀਂ ਆਨੰਦ ਮਾਣਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਮੈਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਹਾਈ ਪ੍ਰੋਫਾਈਲ ਨੌਕਰੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਦਿਓ। ਯੁੱਗ ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦਾ ਹੈ। ਸਾਨੂੰ ਉੱਚ ਅਹੁਦਿਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਬੈਠ ਕੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਲੈਣ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਆਈਡਿਆ ਇਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਨਾਲ ਡਿਵੈਲਪ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਰੁਕੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਸਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਪੈਸਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।
ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰੋ, ਸਰਕਾਰ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧਾਏਗੀ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਲੱਭਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਗੋਂ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਬਣਨੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ। ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ 5 ਵਜੇ ਉੱਠਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਾਢੇ ਪੰਜ ਵਜੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਲਈ ਫਾਈਲਾਂ ਮਿਲ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਮੈਂ ਦਿਨ ਵਿੱਚ 10 ਤੋਂ 12 ਘੰਟੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ-ਐਤਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਉਹ ਸਕੱਤਰੇਤ ਦੇ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੱਡੀ ਕਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੈਠ ਕੇ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਜਾਣਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲਈ ਵੱਡੇ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਦਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਗੇਟ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਦਾ ਗੇਟ ਨਹੀਂ।ਹਰ 15 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਅਸੀਂ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ। ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਲਏ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਲੋਂ ਮਦਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
