ਡੈਸਕ- ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਿੱਤ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਸਾਲ ਬਾਅਦ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੀ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਵਾਲੰਟੀਅਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਟੀਚਾ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ 2024 ਹੈ। ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਸੰਸਦ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਅਤੇ ਐਲਾਨੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਸੁਸ਼ੀਲ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਰਿੰਕੂ ਅਤੇ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਤੋਂ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਸ਼ੀਤਲ ਅੰਗੁਰਾਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਬਦਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਵਲੰਟੀਅਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਸੰਤੋਸ਼ ਫੈਲ ਗਿਆ, ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੁਣ ਖੁਦ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀ ਵਾਗਡੋਰ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਲਈ ਹੈ।
ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਤੋੜਨ ਅਤੇ 92 ਸੀਟਾਂ ਜਿੱਤਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ 2022 ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਚੋਣ ਹੈ, ਜਦੋਂ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਦੌਰ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਲੰਘੇਗੀ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਤੀਜਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਅਸਰ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਨਿਗਮ ਚੋਣਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਵੀ ਪਵੇਗਾ, ਜੋ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਡੇਢ ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਲਟਕ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਜਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋ ਸਾਲ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਲੰਟੀਅਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਾਕਤ ਦਾ ਸਹਾਰਾ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸੱਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਈ ਸੀ, ਉਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੁਣ ਸੀ.ਐਮ ਮਾਨ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਵਲੰਟੀਅਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹੀ ਜੋਸ਼ ਭਰਨ ਲਈ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ 13-0 ਦਾ ਟੀਚਾ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰ ਸਕਣ।
ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਇੱਕੋ ਦਿਨ ਦੋ ਵਲੰਟੀਅਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਣ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਅੱਜ ਸ਼ਨਿੱਚਰਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਮੋਗਾ ਵਿੱਚ 12 ਵਜੇ ਅਤੇ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਵਿੱਚ 3 ਵਜੇ ਵਲੰਟੀਅਰ ਮੀਟਿੰਗਾਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਮੋਗਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਲਵੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਵਲੰਟੀਅਰ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈਣਗੇ, ਜਦਕਿ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੁਆਬਾ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਦੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਿੰਡ ਪੱਧਰ ਦੇ ਆਗੂ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ‘ਚ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸੰਗਠਨ ਜਨਰਲ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਡਾ. ਸੰਦੀਪ ਪਾਠਕ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਣਗੇ।
ਪਿਛਲੇ ਦੋ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਰੈਲੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਦਘਾਟਨੀ ਸਮਾਗਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਏ। ਹਾਲਾਤ ਇਹ ਬਣ ਗਏ ਕਿ ਕੁਝ ਵਿਧਾਇਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਤਾਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ‘ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਵੀ ਲਾਏ। ਹੁਣ ਬਣਾਏ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਚੋਣਾਵੀ ਸਮੀਕਰਨਾਂ ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਾ ਸਿਰਫ ਵਲੰਟੀਅਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਸਗੋਂ ਵਿਧਾਇਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗਾਂ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਦਿੱਲੀ ਤੋਂ ਪਰਤਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹਰ ਰੋਜ਼ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਧਾਇਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਵੀ ਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
