ਡੈਸਕ- ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਤੀਜਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਐਲਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਸੰਸਦੀ ਦਲ ਦੀ ਬੈਠਕ ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਸਾਢੇ ਪੰਜ ਵਜੇ ਸੰਸਦ ਭਵਨ ‘ਚ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਇਸ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਸੰਸਦੀ ਦਲ (ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜ ਸਭਾ ਮੈਂਬਰ) ਦੀ ਚੇਅਰਪਰਸਨ ਵੀ ਚੋਣ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ, ਜੋ ਫਿਲਹਾਲ ਸੋਨੀਆ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਮੁੜ ਚੁਣਿਆ ਜਾਣਾ ਤੈਅ ਹੈ। ਸਾਰੇ ਸੰਸਦ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੂੰ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦਾ ਆਗੂ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਜ਼ੋਰਦਾਰ ਮੰਗ ਕਰਨਗੇ।
ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਨੇਤਾ ਦੇ ਅਹੁਦੇ ਦਾ ਮਤਲਬ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਦਾ ਨੇਤਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ, ਯਾਨੀ ਨਵੇਂ ਸੰਸਦ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੂੰ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਦਾ ਨੇਤਾ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਸੋਨੀਆ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਹੱਥ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਸੰਸਦ ਦੇ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਸਦਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨੇਤਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਸੰਸਦੀ ਦਲ ਦੀ ਚੇਅਰਪਰਸਨ, ਜੋ ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਸੋਨੀਆ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਕੋਲ ਹੈ।
ਜੇਕਰ ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੁੜ ਚੋਣ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਮੰਨੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਨਿਰਭਰ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਬੈਠਕ ‘ਚ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਜਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਨੇਤਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਖੁਦ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ‘ਚ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਨੇਤਾ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ‘ਚ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਜਾਂ ਬਾਅਦ ‘ਚ ਪ੍ਰੈੱਸ ਬਿਆਨ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਆਗੂ ਦੇ ਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਫੌਰੀ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਘੱਟ ਹੈ।
ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਵਰਕਿੰਗ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਗੁਜ਼ਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਅਤੇ ਮੱਲਿਕਾਰਜੁਨ ਖੜਗੇ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਸਿਹਰਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ INDIA ਗਠਜੋੜ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਤਾਰੀਫ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਸੰਸਦ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਲੋਕ ਹਿੱਤਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਮਤਾ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਖਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਹ ਮੁੱਦਾ ਜੋ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੇ ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਠਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਕਥਿਤ ਸ਼ੇਅਰ ਬਾਜ਼ਾਰ ਘੁਟਾਲੇ ‘ਤੇ ਜੇਪੀਸੀ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਮਤਾ ਵੀ ਪਾਸ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਲੋਕ ਹਿੱਤਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਹੋਰ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ ਤੇ ਵੀ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖਣ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਪ੍ਰਸਤਾਵ ‘ਚ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਫਤਵਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਿਆ, ਫਿਰ ਵੀ ਉਹ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਬਣਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। INDIA ਗਠਜੋੜ ਇਸ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਲੜਾਈ ਲੜਦਾ ਰਹੇਗਾ, ਜਿਸ ਤਹਿਤ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗੀ ਦਲਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਜਨਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਰਹੇਗੀ।
