ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ, ਬਾਲੀਵੁੱਡ ਦੀ ਸੁਪਰਹਿੱਟ ਫਿਲਮ ਗਦਰ ਦੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਭਾਗ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੂਟਿੰਗ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਕਾਂਗੜਾ ਦੇ ਪਾਲਮਪੁਰ ਦੇ ਭਲੇਦ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਹੁਣ ਫਿਲਮ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੂਟਿੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸ਼ੂਟਿੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਪੈਸਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਲੈਣ-ਦੇਣ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਦਰਅਸਲ ਗਦਰ 2 ਦੀ ਫਿਲਮ ਲਈ ਸੰਨੀ ਦਿਓਲ ਅਤੇ ਅਮੀਸ਼ਾ ਪਟੇਲ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਕਈ ਫਿਲਮੀ ਕਲਾਕਾਰ ਪਿੰਡ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ ਸਨ। ਲਾਈਟ ਕੈਮਰਾ, ਐਕਸ਼ਨ 18 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਚੱਲਿਆ। ਹੁਣ ਸ਼ੂਟ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇਹ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਚਾਹ ਦੇ ਬਾਗ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਗਦਰ-2 ਦੀ ਸ਼ੂਟਿੰਗ ਪਾਲਮਪੁਰ ਦੇ ਭਲੇਦ ਪਿੰਡ ‘ਚ ਦੇਸ਼ ਰਾਜ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਹੋਈ। ਘਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ੂਟਿੰਗ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੁਣ ਮਾਲਕ ਨੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਫਿਲਮ ਵਿੱਚ 3 ਕਮਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਹਾਲ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਲਈ 11 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਦਿਨ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ।
ਪਰ ਫਿਲਮ ‘ਚ ਪੂਰੇ ਘਰ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ 2 ਕਨਾਲ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਭਰਾ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਸ਼ੂਟਿੰਗ ਲਈ ਵਰਤਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਮਕਾਨ ਮਾਲਕ ਦੇਸਰਾਜ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਨੇ ਫਿਲਮ ਨਿਰਮਾਤਾਵਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਮਨਮਾਨੀ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਫਿਲਮ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਪੈਸਿਆਂ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀ ਤਾਂ ਹਰ ਵਾਰ ਟਾਲ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਰ-ਵਾਰ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਲਾਲਚ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਝੂਠੇ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਇਲਜ਼ਾਮ ਵੀ ਲਾਏ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਫਿਲਮ ਪ੍ਰੋਡਕਸ਼ਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਡਰਾਇਆ-ਧਮਕਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਦੇਸ ਰਾਜ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਯਦੁਨੰਦਨ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਫਿਲਮ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਕਰੀਬ 56 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਪੈਸੇ ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਅਜਿਹੇ ‘ਚ ਯਦੁਨੰਦਨ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਵਲੋਂ ਐਡਵਾਂਸ ‘ਚ ਦਿੱਤੇ 11000 ਰੁਪਏ ਵਾਪਸ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਫਿਲਮ ਪ੍ਰੋਡਕਸ਼ਨ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਫ ਕਹਿ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਘਰ ‘ਚ ਹੋਈ ਸ਼ੂਟਿੰਗ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਫਿਲਮ ‘ਚ ਨਾ ਦਿਖਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ।
ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਪੀੜਤ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੇ ਡੀਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਐਸਪੀ ਕੋਲ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਵੀ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਹੈ। ਸਾਰਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੁਣ ਸ਼ੂਟਿੰਗ ਵਿਵਾਦਾਂ ‘ਚ ਘਿਰ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
