10 ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਡਲਿੰਗ ਦਾ ਖਿਤਾਬ ਜਿੱਤਿਆ
ਮੁੰਬਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਨਮੀ ਡੇਜ਼ੀ ਸ਼ਾਹ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਡੋਂਬੀਵਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਟੈਕਸਟਾਈਲ ਮਿੱਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਮਾਂ ਇੱਕ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਔਰਤ ਸੀ। 10ਵੀਂ ਵਿੱਚ, ਡੇਜ਼ੀ ਨੇ ਡੋਂਬੀਵਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਮਾਡਲਿੰਗ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲਿਆ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਮਿਸ ਫੋਟੋਜੈਨਿਕ ਦਾ ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰ ਮਿਲਿਆ।
ਗਣੇਸ਼ ਅਚਾਰੀਆ ਦੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕੀਤੀ
ਡਾਂਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿਲਚਸਪੀ ਹੋਣ ਕਰਕੇ, ਡੇਜ਼ੀ ਨੇ ਗਣੇਸ਼ ਆਚਾਰੀਆ ਤੋਂ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਲਈ ਅਤੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਫਿਲਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸਦੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕੀਤੀ, ਉਸਨੇ ਗਣੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਜਮੀਰ ਅਤੇ ਖਾਕੀ ਫਿਲਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕੀਤੀ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਅਭਿਨੇਤਰੀ ਰਹਿਨਾ ਹੈ ਤੇਰੇ ਦਿਲ ਮੇਂ ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਮ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਫਿਲਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੈਕਗਰਾਊਂਡ ਡਾਂਸਰ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆਈ।ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਗੀਤ ਓ ਜਾਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਲਗਨ ਲਾਗੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਡੇਜ਼ੀ ਸਲਮਾਨ ਖਾਨ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਡਾਂਸ ਕਰਦੀ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ।

ਡੇਜ਼ੀ ਨੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤੀ ਦੌਰ ‘ਚ ਡਾਂਸਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਮਾਡਲਿੰਗ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਫਿਲਮ ਬਾਡੀਗਾਰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਰੀਨਾ ਕਪੂਰ ਦੀ ਦੋਸਤ ਦੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਦੀ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਠੁਕਰਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਡੇਜ਼ੀ ਨੇ ਸਾਲ 2014 ‘ਚ ਫਿਲਮ ‘ਜੈ ਹੋ’ ਨਾਲ ਬਾਲੀਵੁੱਡ ‘ਚ ਡੈਬਿਊ ਕੀਤਾ। ਡੇਜ਼ੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਲਮਾਨ ਖਾਨ ਦੀ ਫਿਲਮ ‘ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਮ’ ‘ਚ ‘ਓ ਜਾਨਾ’ ਅਤੇ ‘ਲਗਨ ਲਾਗੀ’ ਗੀਤਾਂ ‘ਚ ਬੈਕਸਟੇਜ ਡਾਂਸਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਵੀ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਡੇਜ਼ੀ ਦੀ ਸੁੰਦਰਤਾ ਦੇ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਪ੍ਰੇਮੀ ਹਨ। ਡੇਜ਼ੀ ਨੂੰ ‘ਹੇਟ ਸਟੋਰੀ 3’ ਅਤੇ ‘ਰੇਸ 3’ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਫਿਲਮਾਂ ‘ਚ ਕਾਫੀ ਪਸੰਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।
