ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿਚ ਰੇਲਵੇ ਦੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਡੀ. ਜੀ. ਪੀ. ਸੰਜੀਵ ਕਾਲੜਾ, ਏ. ਡੀ. ਜੀ. ਪੀ. ਅੰਦਰੂਨੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਆਰ. ਐੱਨ. ਢੋਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਏ. ਡੀ. ਜੀ. ਪੀ. ਇੰਟੈਲੀਜੈਂਸ ਵਰਿੰਦਰ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸਨ। ਡੀ. ਜੀ. ਪੀ. ਨੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਕਿ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਹੱਥ ਵਿਚ ਲੈਣ ਦੀ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਨਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਹਿੰਸਕ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਪਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਫ਼ੌਜਦਾਰੀ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਰਾਜ ਵਿਚ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਨੂੰ ਖ਼ਰਾਬ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਰਾਰਤੀ ਅਨਸਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਚਿਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਉਹ ਕਿਸੇ ਅਪਰਾਧਿਕ ਜਾਂ ਹਿੰਸਕ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਪਾਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਪੁਲਸ ਕਲੀਅਰੈਂਸ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਜਾਂ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ ਤਸਦੀਕ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਗਤ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਾਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਸਮੇਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪੈ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
