WASHINGTON, OCTOBER 9: US President Donald Trump is not likely to travel for any campaign events this weekend but is more likely to return to the campaign trail on Monday, according to media reports.
However, Trump’s White House physician Dr Sean P. Conley on Thursday (local time) informed that he should be able to safely return to public engagements from Saturday.
In a written memorandum, Dr Conley said, “Saturday will be day 10 since Thursday’s diagnosis and based on the trajectory of advanced diagnostics the team has been conducting, I fully anticipate the President’s safe return to public engagements at that time.”
On Monday, Donald Trump returned to the White House after departing from Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, where he was admitted for COVID-19 treatment.
Late last week, Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19).
