ਪੰਜਾਬ ‘ਚ ਫਿਲਹਾਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਜ਼ਿਮਣੀ ਚੋਣਾਂ, ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ
ਡੈਸਕ- ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਜੰਮੂ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਵਿਚ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਰੀਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਵਿਚ ‘ਚ 1 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ 4 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਵੋਟਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਜੰਮੂ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਵਿਚ ਤਿੰਨ ਪੜਾਵਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਕ੍ਰਮਵਾਰ 18 ਸਿਤੰਬਰ, 25 ਸਿਤੰਬਰ ਅਤੇ 1 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ। ਚੋਣ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਐਲਾਨ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦੀਆਂ 90 ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਸੀਟਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਇੱਕੋ ਪੜਾਅ ‘ਚ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ।
ਖਾਸ ਗੱਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਵਾਰ ਪੋਲਿੰਗ ਬੂਥ ਸੋਨੀਪਤ, ਗੁਰੂਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਅਤੇ ਫਰੀਦਾਬਾਦ ਦੀਆਂ ਬਹੁਮੰਜ਼ਲੀ ਸੁਸਾਇਟੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਣਾਏ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਚੋਣ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਰਾਜਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਪੋਲਿੰਗ ਬੂਥ 100 ਫੀਸਦੀ ਸੀਸੀਟੀਵੀ ਨਾਲ ਲੈਸ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਤੇ ਵੀ ਕੋਈ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
ਮੁੱਖ ਚੋਣ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਰਾਜੀਵ ਕੁਮਾਰ, ਚੋਣ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਐਸਐਸ ਸੰਧੂ ਅਤੇ ਗਿਆਨੇਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ। ਰਾਜੀਵ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਰਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ 2.01 ਕਰੋੜ ਵੋਟਰ ਰਜਿਸਟਰਡ ਹਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕਰੀਬ 1.06 ਕਰੋੜ ਮਰਦ ਅਤੇ 95 ਲੱਖ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਵੋਟਰ ਹਨ। ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ 4.52 ਲੱਖ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਾਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਵੋਟ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ 85 ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਉਮਰ ਦੇ 2.54 ਲੱਖ ਬਜ਼ੁਰਗ ਅਤੇ 1.5 ਲੱਖ ਅਪਾਹਜ ਵੋਟਰ ਰਜਿਸਟਰਡ ਹਨ। 10,381 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਵੋਟਰ 100 ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਉਮਰ ਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਲਈ 20629 ਪੋਲਿੰਗ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਬਣਾਏ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 7000 ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਤੇ 13000 ਦੇ ਕਰੀਬ ਪੇਂਡੂ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਣਗੇ।
ਦਰਅਸਲ ਚੋਣ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਚੋਣ ਤਿਆਰੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਜਾਇਜ਼ਾ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਇਸ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਅਗਲੇ ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨਾਂ ‘ਚ ਮਹਾਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਵੀ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਮੁੱਖ ਚੋਣ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਰਾਜੀਵ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੋ ਹੋਰ ਚੋਣ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰਾਂ ਗਿਆਨੇਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਐੱਸ. ਸੰਧੂ ਨਾਲ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿਖੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਿਆਰੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਜਾਇਜ਼ਾ ਲਿਆ।
