ਡੈਸਕ- ਪੋਰਨੋਗ੍ਰਾਫੀ ਨੈੱਟਵਰਕ ਮਾਮਲੇ ‘ਚ ਇਨਫੋਰਸਮੈਂਟ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟੋਰੇਟ (ਈ.ਡੀ.) ਨੇ ਅਭਿਨੇਤਰੀ ਸ਼ਿਲਪਾ ਸ਼ੈੱਟੀ ਦੇ ਪਤੀ ਰਾਜ ਕੁੰਦਰਾ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਘਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਦਫਤਰਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਛਾਪੇਮਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਈਡੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੁਣ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ੀ ਥਾਂਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਦਫ਼ਤਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਲਾਸ਼ੀ ਲਈ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਕੁੰਦਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਜੂਨ 2021 ਵਿੱਚ ਕਥਿਤ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ‘ਅਸ਼ਲੀਲ’ ਫਿਲਮਾਂ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਮੁੰਬਈ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਕੁੰਦਰਾ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ਕਰਤਾ ਸੀ। ਦੋ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਿਤਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਉਹ ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਤੰਬਰ 2021 ਤੋਂ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ‘ਤੇ ਹੈ।
ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦਾ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਰਾਜ ਕੁੰਦਰਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਨਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਪੋਰਨ ਫ਼ਿਲਮਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਮੋਟੀ ਕਮਾਈ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ, ਸਗੋਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਛਿੱਕੇ ਟੰਗਣ ਦੇ ਵੀ ਪੂਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਕੀਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ।
ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਇਹ ਜਾਣ ਲਓ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਰਾਜ਼ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹਿਆ?
ਮੁੰਬਈ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ 4 ਫਰਵਰੀ 2021 ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧ ‘ਚ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਜਦੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਲੜਕੀ ਨੇ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਦੇ ਮਾਲਵਾਨੀ ਥਾਣੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਰੈਕੇਟ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਸੀ।
ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਕੁਝ ਲੋਕ ਲੜਕੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਫਿਲਮਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਓ.ਟੀ.ਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਦਿਵਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਅਸ਼ਲੀਲ ਫਿਲਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਈ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰੀ ਅਸ਼ਲੀਲ ਫਿਲਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੂਟਿੰਗ ਕਰਕੇ ਮੋਟੀ ਕਮਾਈ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਮਲਾਡ ਵੈਸਟ ਇਲਾਕੇ ‘ਚ ਇਕ ਬੰਗਲੇ ‘ਤੇ ਛਾਪਾ ਮਾਰਿਆ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਕਿਰਾਏ ‘ਤੇ ਪੋਰਨ ਫਿਲਮ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੂਟਿੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ, ਫਿਰ ਇਸ ਛਾਪੇਮਾਰੀ ‘ਚ ਇਕ ਬਾਲੀਵੁੱਡ ਅਦਾਕਾਰਾ ਸਮੇਤ 11 ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਜ ਕੁੰਦਰਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਸੁਰਾਗ ਮਿਲ ਗਏ ਸਨ, ਪਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਹੱਥ ਪਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਠੋਸ ਸਬੂਤ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੀ ਸੀ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਰਾਜ ਕੁੰਦਰਾ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੀਆਂ ਕਈ ਹੋਰ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ। ਇਸ ਵਿਚ ਪੀੜਤ ਲੜਕੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਬਿਆਨ, ਵਟਸਐਪ ਚੈਟ, ਐਪ ‘ਤੇ ਫਿਲਮਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜ ਕੁੰਦਰਾ ਦੇ ਅਸ਼ਲੀਲ ਫਿਲਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਦਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਲੇਖਾ-ਜੋਖਾ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੀ ਰਾਜ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।
