ਕਰੋੜਪਤੀ ਠੱਗ ਸੁਕੇਸ਼ ਚੰਦਰਸ਼ੇਖਰ, ਜੈਕਲੀਨ ਫਰਨਾਂਡੀਜ਼ ਅਤੇ ਨੋਰਾ ਫਤੇਹੀ ਦੇ ਮਨੀ ਲਾਂਡਰਿੰਗ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਵੇਂ ਅਪਡੇਟ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਇਨਫੋਰਸਮੈਂਟ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟੋਰੇਟ (ED) ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਭ ਦੀ ਸਖ਼ਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਜੈਕਲੀਨ ਅਤੇ ਨੋਰਾ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਨੇ ਸੁਕੇਸ਼ ਤੋਂ ਤੋਹਫ਼ਾ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਜਤਾਈ ਹੈ। ਇੰਨਾ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਅਭਿਨੇਤਰੀਆਂ ਈਡੀ ਲਈ ਸੁਕੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਗਵਾਹੀ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਰਾਜ਼ੀ ਹੋ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਿਆ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਅਪਡੇਟ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ। ਈਡੀ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਅਭਿਨੇਤਰੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਸੁਕੇਸ਼ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਕੀਮਤੀ ਤੋਹਫਾ ਜ਼ਬਤ ਕਰੇਗੀ।
ਈਡੀ ਦੇ ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਜੈਕਲੀਨ ਅਤੇ ਨੋਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਤੋਹਫ਼ੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਪਾਲਤੂ ਜਾਨਵਰ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੀਮਤ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਸੁਕੇਸ਼ ਨੇ ਕਥਿਤ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਦਸੰਬਰ 2020 ਤੋਂ ਅਗਸਤ 2021 ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਜੈਕਲੀਨ ਫਰਨਾਂਡੀਜ਼ ਨੂੰ 10 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਦੇ ਤੋਹਫੇ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਸਨ। ਨਾਲ ਹੀ, ਇੱਕ ਪਟਕਥਾ ਲੇਖਕ ਨੇ ਜੈਕਲੀਨ ਫਰਨਾਂਡੀਜ਼ ਦੇ ਖਾਤੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਉੱਦਮ ਲਈ ਸੁਕੇਸ਼ ਚੰਦਰਸ਼ੇਖਰ ਨੂੰ 15 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਵਾਪਸ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਵਚਨਬੱਧ ਕੀਤਾ।
ਨੋਰਾ-ਜੈਕਲੀਨ ਨੂੰ ਗਿਫਟ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਾਰ ਜ਼ਬਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ
ਨੋਰਾ ਫਤੇਹੀ ਨੇ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ, “ਈਡੀ ਸੁਕੇਸ਼ ਚੰਦਰਸ਼ੇਖਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਤੋਹਫੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ BMW ਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਬਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਆਜ਼ਾਦ ਹੈ।” ਆਈਏਐਨਐਸ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਸੂਤਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੈਕਲੀਨ ਫਰਨਾਂਡੀਜ਼ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਹੀ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਨੇ ਵੀ ਈਡੀ ਨੂੰ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਸੂਤਰ ਨੇ ਖੁਲਾਸਾ ਕੀਤਾ, “ਜੈਕਲੀਨ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸੁਕੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਪਿਛੋਕੜ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਕੇਸ਼ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਤੋਹਫ਼ੇ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਬਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੈ।”
ਇਸ ਐਕਟ ਤਹਿਤ ਜੈਕਲੀਨ-ਨੋਰਾ ਦੇ ਤੋਹਫ਼ੇ ਜ਼ਬਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ
ਅਟੈਚਮੈਂਟ ‘ਤੇ ਪੀਐਮਐਲਏ ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 5 ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਇਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਤੋਹਫ਼ੇ ਕਥਿਤ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਜਬਰੀ ਪੈਸੇ ਨਾਲ ਖਰੀਦੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਸੂਤਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਜੈਕਲੀਨ ਅਤੇ ਨੋਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਤੋਹਫ਼ੇ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਬਤ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਨ, ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਚਾਰਜਸ਼ੀਟ ਦਾਖਲ ਕਰਨੀ ਸੀ, ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਰੁਕ ਗਈ ਸੀ।

ਸੂਤਰ ਨੇ ਕਥਿਤ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਅਸੀਂ ਪਿੰਕੀ ਇਰਾਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਚਾਰਜਸ਼ੀਟ ਦਾਇਰ ਕਰਨਾ, ਤਾਜ਼ਾ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਨਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਲੈਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਸੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਖ਼ੁਲਾਸਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ 7 ਹੋਰ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਤਿਹਾੜ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੰਦ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਗਵਾਹੀ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਨੀ ਪਵੇਗੀ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਕੁਝ ਸਮਾਂ ਲੱਗ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਨੋਰਾ ਫਤੇਹੀ ਅਤੇ ਜੈਕਲੀਨ ਫਰਨਾਂਡੀਜ਼ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਇਸ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਵਾਹ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ 200 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਪੀਐਮਐਲਏ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਵਾਹੀ ਦਰਜ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਪੁੱਛੇ ਜਾਣ ‘ਤੇ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ੱਕੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਕਿਉਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ, ਸੂਤਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਅਭਿਨੇਤਰੀਆਂ ਸੁਕੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਅਪਰਾਧ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਤੋਂ ਅਣਜਾਣ ਸਨ।
