ਟੀਵੀ ਦੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਮਸ਼ਹੂਰ ਕਾਮੇਡੀ ਸ਼ੋਅ ‘ਦਿ ਕਪਿਲ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਸ਼ੋਅ’ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਮਾਤਾ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਸੇ ਹੋਏ ਜਾਪਦੇ ਹਨ. ਮੱਧ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਿਵਪੁਰੀ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਸ਼ੋਅ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਐਫਆਈਆਰ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਸ਼ੋਅ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਐਪੀਸੋਡ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਦਾਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਰਟ ਰੂਮ ਦਾ ਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਟੇਜ ‘ਤੇ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਪੀਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਦਿਖਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ. ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਦਾਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਸ਼ੋਅ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਦਾ ਅਪਮਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਸ਼ਿਵਪੁਰੀ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਵਕੀਲ ਨੇ ਸੀਜੇਐਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਦਾਇਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ 1 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਆਪਣੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਕੀਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਸੋਨੀ ਟੀਵੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਰਿਤ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਕਪਿਲ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਸ਼ੋਅ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਬੇਤੁਕਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਔਰਤਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਅਪਮਾਨਜਨਕ ਟਿੱਪਣੀਆਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ. ਇੱਕ ਐਪੀਸੋਡ ਵਿੱਚ, ਸਟੇਜ ਉੱਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਕਚਹਿਰੀ ਸਥਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਦਿਖਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਅਦਾਕਾਰ ਜਨਤਕ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੈਠ ਕੇ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਪੀ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ. ਇਹ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਦਾ ਅਪਮਾਨ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ, ਮੈਂ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਧਾਰਾ 365/3 ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਐਫਆਈਆਰ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ।
ਜਿਸ ਐਪੀਸੋਡ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਇਹ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ‘ਦਿ ਕਪਿਲ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਸ਼ੋਅ’ 19 ਜਨਵਰੀ 2020 ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ. ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸਦਾ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਰਣ 24 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ 2021 ਨੂੰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਵਕੀਲ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸ਼ੋਅ ਦੇ ਕਲਾਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਸ਼ਰਾਬੀ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਦੇ ਕਮਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਦਿਖਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਦਾ ਅਪਮਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।
ਕਾਮੇਡੀਅਨ ਕਪਿਲ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਸ਼ੋਅ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸਦੇ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਸੁਮੋਨਾ ਚੱਕਰਵਰਤੀ, ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸਿੰਘ, ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨਾ ਅਭਿਸ਼ੇਕ, ਸੁਦੇਸ਼ ਲਹਿਰੀ, ਕੀਕੂ ਸ਼ਾਰਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਅਰਚਨਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਰਗੇ ਕਲਾਕਾਰ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਸ਼ੋਅ ਦਾ ਨਵਾਂ ਸੀਜ਼ਨ 21 ਅਗਸਤ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਰਿਤ ਹੋਣਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ.
