ਡੈਸਕ- ਅਭਿਨੇਤਾ ਸਲਮਾਨ ਖਾਨ ਦੇ ਘਰ ‘ਤੇ ਗੋਲੀਬਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ‘ਚ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਦੋ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਤੋਂ ਦੋ ਹੋਰ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਕ੍ਰਾਈਮ ਬ੍ਰਾਂਚ ਨੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈ ਕਿ ਉਕਤ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਵਿੱਕੀ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਗਰ ਪਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਹਥਿਆਰ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਸਨ।
ਜਲੰਧਰ ਤੋਂ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਸੋਨੂੰ ਸੁਭਾਸ਼ ਚੰਦਰ (37) ਅਤੇ ਅਨੁਜ ਥਾਪਨ (32) ਵਜੋਂ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਅਨੁਜ ਟਰੱਕ ਤੇ ਹੈਲਪਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਸੁਭਾਸ਼ ਇੱਕ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕਰਿਆਨੇ ਦੀ ਦੁਕਾਨ ਵੀ ਚਲਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅਨੁਜ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ‘ਚ ਕਈ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦਰਜ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਲਾਰੈਂਸ ਗੈਂਗ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਦੋਵਾਂ ਨੇ 15 ਮਾਰਚ ਨੂੰ ਪਨਵੇਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋ ਪਿਸਤੌਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਡਿਲੀਵਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ।
ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਕ੍ਰਾਈਮ ਬ੍ਰਾਂਚ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਪਹੁੰਚੀ ਸੀ। ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਉਕਤ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ। ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਉਕਤ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਾਗਰ ਪਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਵਿੱਕੀ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਦੋ ਪਿਸਤੌਲ ਅਤੇ 38 ਜਿੰਦਾ ਕਾਰਤੂਸ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਸਨ। ਦੋਵੇਂ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਲਾਰੈਂਸ ਦੇ ਖਾਸ ਮੁਰੀਦ ਹਨ।
ਹਥਿਆਰ ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਟੈਸਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ.
ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਉਕਤ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹਥਿਆਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਡਲਿਵਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਹਥਿਆਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੇ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਹਥਿਆਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਇੱਕ-ਇੱਕ ਗੋਲੀ ਚਲਾਈ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਕੋਲ ਕੁੱਲ 40 ਟਰੈਂਪਲ ਸਨ। ਦੋ ਗੋਲੀਆਂ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਸ ਕੋਲ 38 ਗੋਲੀਆਂ ਰਹਿ ਗਈਆਂ ਸਨ।
ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਾਗਰ ਪਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਵਿੱਕੀ ਦੇ ਹਵਾਲੇ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਸਾਗਰ ਪਾਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਲਮਾਨ ਦੇ ਘਰ ‘ਤੇ 38 ਰਾਉਂਡ ‘ਚੋਂ 5 ਰਾਉਂਡ ਫਾਇਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ। ਮੁੰਬਈ ਕ੍ਰਾਈਮ ਬ੍ਰਾਂਚ ਨੇ ਤਾਪੀ ਨਦੀ ਤੋਂ 17 ਰੌਂਦ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ। ਜਦਕਿ 16 ਰੌਂਦ ਲਾਪਤਾ ਹਨ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਉਕਤ ਟਰਾਲੇ ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ‘ਚ ਲੱਗੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਸਾਗਰ ਪਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਵਿੱਕੀ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਨੂੰ 29 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਤੱਕ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਰਿਮਾਂਡ ‘ਤੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
