ਜ਼ੀਕਾ ਵਾਇਰਸ ਦੇ ਲੱਛਣ: ਕਰਨਾਟਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ੀਕਾ ਵਾਇਰਸ ਦਾ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ। ਕਰਨਾਟਕ ਦੇ ਰਾਏਚੁਰ ਜ਼ਿਲੇ ਦੀ ਪੰਜ ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਬੱਚੀ ‘ਚ ਜ਼ੀਕਾ ਵਾਇਰਸ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਲੋੜ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਕਦਮ ਚੁੱਕ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਵਾਇਰਸ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਜਲਦੀ ਹੀ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ-ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਜ਼ੀਕਾ ਵਾਇਰਸ ਦੀ ਬਿਮਾਰੀ ਆਮ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਸੰਕਰਮਿਤ ਮੱਛਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੱਟਣ ਨਾਲ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਜਦੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਜ਼ੀਕਾ ਵਾਇਰਸ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਕਰਮਿਤ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਸੰਕਰਮਿਤ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜ਼ੀਕਾ ਵਾਇਰਸ ਦੀ ਲਾਗ ਗਰਭਵਤੀ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਖ਼ਤਰਨਾਕ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਹ ਗਰਭਪਾਤ ਦੇ ਜੋਖਮ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਵਾਇਰਸ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਾਰ 1947 ਵਿੱਚ ਯੂਗਾਂਡਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ। 1952 ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਜ਼ੀਕਾ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਹ ਵਾਇਰਸ ਜ਼ੀਕਾ ਦੇ ਜੰਗਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।
ਜ਼ੀਕਾ ਵਾਇਰਸ ਦੇ ਲੱਛਣ
