ਅੱਜ ਰਾਜ ਸਭਾ ਤੋਂ ਰਿਟਾਇਰ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ PM ਮਨਮੋਹਨ ਸਿੰਘ
ਡੈਸਕ- ਸਾਬਕਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮਨਮੋਹਨ ਸਿੰਘ 33 ਸਾਲ ਬਾਅਦ ਅੱਜ ਰਾਜ ਸਭਾ ਤੋਂ ਰਿਟਾਇਰ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ 1991 ਵਿਚ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਅਸਮ ਤੋਂ ਰਾਜ ਸਭਾ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ ਸਨ। ਛੇਵੀਂ ਤੇ ਆਖਰੀ ਵਾਰ ਉਹ 2019 ਵਿਚ ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਰਾਜ ਸਭਾ ਸਾਂਸਦ ਬਣੇ। ਮਨਮੋਹਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ ਰਿਟਾਇਰਮੈਂਟ ‘ਤੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੱਲਿਕਾਰੁਜਨ ਖੜਗੇ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚਿੱਠੀ ਲਿਖੀ। ਇਸ ਵਿਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਰਿਟਾਇਰਮੈਂਟ ਤੋਂ ਇਕ ਯੁਗ ਦਾ ਅੰਤ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸੰਸਦ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਗਿਆਨ ਤੇ ਤਜਰਬੇ ਦੀ ਕਮੀ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
ਰਾਜ ਸਭਾ ਤੋਂ ਕੁੱਲ 54 ਸਾਂਸਦਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਲ ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਵਿਚ ਖਤਮ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਚ 49 ਸਾਂਸਦ ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਨੂੰ ਸਦਨ ਤੋਂ ਰਿਟਾਇਰ ਹੋਏ। ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਮਨਮੋਹਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਣਏ 5 ਸਾਂਸਦਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਲ ਅੱਜ ਖਤਮ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ 54 ਸਾਂਸਦਾਂ ਵਿਚ 9 ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ। ਮਨਮੋਹਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਹੁਣ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੀ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸੋਨੀਆ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਾਰ ਰਾਜ ਸਭਾ ਪਹੁੰਚੇਗੀ। 20 ਫਰਵਰੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਜ ਸਭਾ ਲਈ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਤੋਂ ਚੁਣਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।
ਖੜਗੇ ਨੇ ਮਨਮੋਹਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਖੀ ਚਿੱਠੀ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੁਣ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਰਗਰਮ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਵਿਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੋਗੇ ਪਰ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਜਨਤਾ ਲਈ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਉਠਦੀ ਰਹੇਗੀ। ਤਿੰਨ ਦਹਾਕਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੱਕ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸੇਵਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਰਿਟਾਇਰਮੈਂਟ ਤੋਂ ਇਕ ਯੁਗ ਦਾ ਅੰਤ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਬਹੁਤ ਘੱਟ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਜਿੰਨਾ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਦਿਖਾਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਨੀਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧਾਉਣਾ ਸੰਭਵ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਵੱਡੇ ਉਦਯੋਗਾਂ, ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਉਦਮੀਆਂ, ਛੋਟੇ ਵਪਾਰੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਗਰੀਬਾਂ ਲਈ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਫਾਇਦੇਮੰਦ ਹੋਵੇ।
ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੱਧ ਵਰਗ ਅਤੇ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਹੀਰੋ ਬਣੇ ਰਹੋਗੇ, ਉਦਯੋਗਪਤੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਦਮੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਮਾਰਗਦਰਸ਼ਕ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੀਆਂ ਨੀਤੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਬਦੌਲਤ ਗਰੀਬੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਆਏ ਸਾਰੇ ਗਰੀਬਾਂ ਲਈ ਮਾਰਗਦਰਸ਼ਕ ਬਣੇ ਰਹੋਗੇ।
