ਵਕੀਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਾਇਰ ਇਸ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਫਿਲਹਾਲ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਹਿਰਾਸਤ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਜਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੂੰ ਨਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ। ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਦੂਜੇ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ। ਵੀਡੀਓ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸਿੰਗ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਵਕੀਲ ਦੀ ਤਰਫੋਂ ਇਹ ਖਦਸ਼ਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਹਿਰਾਸਤ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਲਾਰੈਂਸ ਦਾ ਐਨਕਾਊਂਟਰ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਉਸਦੇ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਗੈਂਗ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਵਧਾਈ ਜਾਵੇ।

ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਦੱਸ ਦੇਈਏ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮਸ਼ਹੂਰ ਗਾਇਕ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸੀ ਨੇਤਾ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਮੂਸੇਵਾਲਾ ਦੀ ਐਤਵਾਰ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਨੂੰ 30 ਗੋਲੀਆਂ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਹੱਤਿਆ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਡੀਜੀਪੀ ਵੀਕੇ ਭਾਵਰਾ ਨੇ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਕਤਲੇਆਮ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਲਾਰੈਂਸ ਬਿਸ਼ਨੋਈ ਦਾ ਹੱਥ ਹੈ। ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ‘ਚ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਬਿਸ਼ਨੋਈ ਦੇ ਕਰੀਬੀ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਲੱਕੀ ਉਰਫ ਗੋਲਡੀ ਬਰਾੜ ਨੇ ਫੇਸਬੁੱਕ ਪੋਸਟ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਇਸ ਕਤਲ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਲਈ ਹੈ। ਲਾਰੈਂਸ ਬਿਸ਼ਨੋਈ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੇ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
