ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ – ਸਿੱਧੂ ਮੂਸੇਵਾਲਾ ਕਤਲ ਕਾਂਡ ਦੇ 2 ਹੋਰ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਮਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਰਫ਼ ਮਨੀ ਰਈਆ ਅਤੇ ਮਨਦੀਪ ਤੂਫ਼ਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਦਿਹਾਤੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਮਨੀ ਰਈਆ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੁੱਕਰਵਾਰ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਅਜਨਾਲਾ ਰੋਡ ‘ਤੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਕੁੱਕੜਵਾਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਮਨਦੀਪ ਤੂਫ਼ਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਤਰਨਤਾਰਨ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਤੀਜੇ ਸਾਥੀ ਰਣਜੀਤ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਆਸ-ਪਾਸ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਮਿਲੀ ਹੈ।
ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਦਿਹਾਤੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੁਪਤ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਮਨੀ ਰਈਆ ਅਤੇ ਮਨਦੀਪ ਤੂਫਾਨ ਉਹੀ ਹਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਰਾਣਾ ਕੰਦੋਵਾਲੀਆ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਗੋਲੀਆਂ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਮਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਡੇਢ ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਜੱਗੂ ਭਗਵਾਨਪੁਰੀਆ ਦੇ ਖ਼ਾਸ ਖਿਲਚੀਆਂ ਵਾਸੀ ਮਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਰਫ਼ ਮਨੀ ਰਈਆ ਅਤੇ ਮਨਦੀਪ ਤੂਫ਼ਾਨ ਦੀ ਤਲਾਸ਼ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਮੂਸੇਵਾਲਾ ਕਤਲ ਕੇਸ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਾਂ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਦਿਹਾਤੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਜੰਡਿਆਲਾ ਗੁਰੂ ਨੇੜੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਕੱਖ ਵਿਚ ਮਨੀ ਰਈਆ ਦੇ ਕੁੱਕੜਵਾਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਮਨਦੀਪ ਤੂਫਾਨ ਦੇ ਲੁਕੇ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਮਿਲੀ। ਤੜਕੇ 3 ਤੋਂ 5 ਵਜੇ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਮਨੀ ਰਈਆ ਅਤੇ ਮਨਦੀਪ ਤੂਫ਼ਾਨ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਅਜੇ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਸਿੱਧੂ ਮੂਸੇਵਾਲਾ ਕਤਲ ਕੇਸ ਵਿਚ ਅਜਨਾਲਾ ਤੋਂ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸਤਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਜਿ ਤਿੰਨ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਆਇਆ ਸੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਮਨੀ ਰਈਆ ਅਤੇ ਤੂਫ਼ਾਨ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸੀ। ਮਨੀ ਰਈਆ ਅਤੇ ਤੂਫ਼ਾਨ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਸਤਬੀਰ ਨੇ ਰਣਜੀਤ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਵਿਚ ਉਤਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ। ਸਿੱਧੂ ਮੂਸੇਵਾਲਾ ਕਤਲ ਕਾਂਡ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਮਨੀ ਰਈਆ ਵੀ ਆਸ-ਪਾਸ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸੀ। ਗੋਲਡੀ ਬਰਾੜ ਨੇ ਜੱਗੂ ਭਗਵਾਨਪੁਰੀਆ ਦੇ ਖਾਸ ਮਨੀ ਰਈਆ, ਮਨਦੀਪ ਤੂਫਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਰਣਜੀਤ ਸਟੈਂਡਬੁਆਏ ‘ਤੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਸਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਗਰੂਪ ਉਰਫ਼ ਰੂਪਾ ਅਤੇ ਮਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਮੰਨੂ ਨੂੰ ਕਵਰ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ।
ਮਨੀ ਰਈਆ 3 ਅਗਸਤ 2021 ਨੂੰ ਹੋਏ ਰਾਣਾ ਕੰਦੋਵਾਲੀਆ ਕਤਲ ਕੇਸ ਵਿਚ ਲੋੜੀਂਦਾ ਸੀ। ਕੰਦੋਵਾਲੀਆ ‘ਤੇ ਗੋਲੀਬਾਰੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਮਨੀ ਰਈਆ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਮਨੀ ਰਈਆ ਦੀ ਲੱਤ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਂਹ ਵਿਚ ਗੋਲੀ ਲੱਗੀ ਸੀ। ਉਦੋਂ ਤੋਂ ਉਹ ਫਰਾਰ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਮੂਸੇਵਾਲਾ ਕਤਲ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਉਸਦਾ ਨਾਂ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਸੀ।
