ਉਪ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ, ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਣਿਕ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਨਾਲ, ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਸਵਾਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਲ ਲਈ 24 ਘੰਟੇ ਚੱਲਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਟੋਲ-ਫ੍ਰੀ ਹੈਲਪਲਾਈਨ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਦੋਭਾਸ਼ੀ ਇੰਟਰਐਕਟਿਵ ਚੈਟਬੋਟ ‘ਸ਼ਕਤੀ’ ਹੈ। ਦੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ ਵੈੱਬਸਾਈਟ ‘ਤੇ ਲਾਂਚ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
