ਕਲਾਉਡ-ਅਧਾਰਿਤ API ਸੇਵਾ
ਮਾਰਕ ਜ਼ੁਕਰਬਰਗ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਜਾਂ ਡਿਵੈਲਪਰ ਕਲਾਉਡ-ਅਧਾਰਿਤ API ਸੇਵਾ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਡੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਨੂੰ ਆਸਾਨੀ ਨਾਲ ਐਕਸੈਸ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ WhatsApp Cloud API ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਕੇ, ਗਾਹਕ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੈਣ-ਦੇਣ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੇਜ਼ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਮੇਟਾ ਨੇ 2014 ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਸੌਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ WhatsApp ਨੂੰ $19 ਬਿਲੀਅਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਖਰੀਦਿਆ ਸੀ। ਮੇਟਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਵਪਾਰੀ ਵਟਸਐਪ ‘ਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਭੇਜ ਸਕਣਗੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ। ਵਟਸਐਪ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਨਵੀਂ ਪ੍ਰੀਮੀਅਮ ਸੇਵਾ ਦੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰੀ ਐਪ ਦੇ ਉਪਭੋਗਤਾਵਾਂ ਲਈ ਵਿਕਲਪਕ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਦੀ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਬਣਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਛੋਟੇ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਲਾਭਦਾਇਕ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।

UPI ਉਪਭੋਗਤਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ‘ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ’ ਨਾਮ ਦਿਖਾਉਣਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ
ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਦੱਸ ਦੇਈਏ ਕਿ ਕੁਝ ਸਮਾਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ WhatsApp ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉਪਭੋਗਤਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਨਾਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਕਰਨੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਐਪ ‘ਤੇ ਯੂਨੀਫਾਈਡ ਪੇਮੈਂਟ ਇੰਟਰਫੇਸ (UPI) ਅਧਾਰਤ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਵਟਸਐਪ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ, ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਕੁਝ ਉਪਭੋਗਤਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਪ੍ਰੋਫਾਈਲ ਨਾਮ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਬੈਂਕ ਖਾਤੇ ਹਨ। ਵਟਸਐਪ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਪਤਾ ਲਗਾ ਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਦਿਖਾਏਗਾ ਜੋ WhatsApp ਰਾਹੀਂ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਮੈਟਾ ਦੀ ਮਲਕੀਅਤ ਵਾਲੀ ਇੰਸਟੈਂਟ ਮੈਸੇਜਿੰਗ ਐਪ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਨਵਾਂ ਕਦਮ ਧੋਖਾਧੜੀ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣ ਦੇ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਨਾਲ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਪੇਮੈਂਟਸ ਕਾਰਪੋਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਆਫ ਇੰਡੀਆ (ਐਨਪੀਸੀਆਈ) ਦੁਆਰਾ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ UPI ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਤੀਜਾ ਹੈ।
