ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ- ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਬੰਦੀ ਸਿੰਘ ਭਾਈ ਗੁਰਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰ ਨੂੰ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਤੋਂ ਪੈਰੋਲ ਮਿਲ ਗਈ ਹੈ । ਬੰਦੀ ਸਿੰਘਾ ਦੀ ਰਿਹਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਜਾਰੀ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਰੰਗ ਵਿਖਾਉਂਦਾ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ । ਰਿਹਾਈ ਤਾਂ ਨਾ ਸਹੀ ਪਰ ਪੈਰੋਲ ਮਿਲਣ ਦੀ ਇਹ ਦੂਜੀ ਚੰਗੀ ਖਬਰ ਬਾਹਰ ਆਈ ਹੈ । ਇਨ੍ਹੀਂ ਦਿਨੀ ਬੰਦੀ ਸਿੰਘਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਿਹਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਕੌਮੀ ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਮੋਰਚਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ-ਮੁਹਾਲੀ ਬਾਰਡਰ ‘ਤੇ ਧਰਨਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਬੂਰ ਵੀ ਪੈ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਬੰਦੀ ਸਿੰਘਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਿਹਾਈ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਰੋਸ ਮਾਰਚ ਕੱਢਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਹੁਣ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਬੰਦੀ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਪੈਰੋਲ ਮਿਲ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਦੱਸ ਦਈਏ ਕਿ ਭਾਈ ਗੁਰਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰ ਨੂੰ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਦੀ ਬੁੜੇਲ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ 28 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੈਰੋਲ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
ਦੱਸਣਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕਰਨਾਟਕ ਦੀ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਤੋਂ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਦੀ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਭੇਜੇ ਗਏ ਗੁਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਖਹਿਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ 2 ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੀ ਪੈਰੋਲ ‘ਤੇ ਰਿਹਾਅ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਗੁਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਖਹਿਰਾ ਨੂੰ 6 ਫਰਵਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ 8 ਹਫ਼ਤਿਆਂ ਤੱਕ ਦੀ ਪੈਰੋਲ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਗੁਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਬਾ ਬਕਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਜੱਲੂਪੁਰ ਖੇੜਾ ਦਾ ਵਸਨੀਕ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ‘ਤੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਬੰਬ ਧਮਾਕਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਇਲਜ਼ਾਮ ਲੱਗੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ।
ਮਿਲੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ 1990 ਵਿੱਚ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ 1991 ਵਿੱਚ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਗੁਰਦੀਪ ਖਹਿਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਉਮਰ ਕੈਦ ਦੀ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ।ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ 2015 ‘ਚ ਗੁਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਕਰਨਾਟਕ ਤੋਂ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਸ਼ਿਫਟ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਦਰਅਸਲ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਬੰਦੀ ਸਿੰਘਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸ਼ਿਫਟ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਦਾ ਉਠਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਦੋਂ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਦੀ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਹਮਾਇਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।
ਇਸਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਕੁਝ ਕੈਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰ ਭੁੱਲਰ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਖਹਿਰਾ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਸਨ। ਇਹ ਉਹ ਸਮਾਂ ਸੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਗੁਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਖਹਿਰਾ 8 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਉਹ ਕਰੀਬ 32 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ।
