ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ- ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਰਵਿਦਾਸ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਪੁਰਬ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ 2 ਫਰਵਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਸਿਟੀ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਨਾਰਸ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਰੇਲਗੱਡੀ ਨੂੰ ਹਰੀ ਝੰਡੀ ਦਿਖਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਡੇਰਾ ਬੱਲਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਸੱਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ।
ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਇੱਥੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ ਵਿਖੇ ਡੇਰਾ ਬੱਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਵਫ਼ਦ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਮੈਗਾ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਬਣਨਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲਈ ਬੜੇ ਮਾਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਡੇਰਾ ਬੱਲਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਮਾਜ ਦੇ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਅਤੇ ਪਛੜੇ ਵਰਗਾਂ ਲਈ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਲੋਕ ਭਲਾਈ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾ ਕੀਤੀ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਮਾਣੇ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਲੂ ਵਜੋਂ ਸ਼ਿਰਕਤ ਕਰਨਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਡੇਰਾ ਬੱਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਸੰਤ ਨਿਰੰਜਨ ਦਾਸ ਜੀ ਤੋਂ ਅਸ਼ੀਰਵਾਦ ਲੈਣਗੇ।
ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਬੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਰਵਿਦਾਸ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਪੁਰਬ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੇ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਨਾਲ ਮਨਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ 5 ਫਰਵਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਇਸ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਸ਼ਿਰਕਤ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਰਵਿਦਾਸ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਸਮੁੱਚੀ ਮਾਨਵਤਾ ਦੀ ਭਲਾਈ, ਸਮਾਜ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਵਰਗਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਮਾਨਤਾ ਦਾ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਸਮਾਨਤਾ ‘ਤੇ ਅਧਾਰਤ ਸਮਾਜ ਦੀ ਸਿਰਜਣਾ ਕੀਤੀ।
ਇਕ ਹੋਰ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਬਾਰੇ ਚਰਚਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਲਦ ਹੀ ਬੱਲਾਂ ਵਿਖੇ ਅਤਿ-ਆਧੁਨਿਕ ਗੁਰੂ ਰਵਿਦਾਸ ਬਾਣੀ ਅਧਿਐਨ (ਖੋਜ) ਕੇਂਦਰ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ ਲਈ ਫੰਡ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਾਜੈਕਟ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਪਰ ਫੰਡ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਖੇਚਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਫੰਡ ਜਲਦ ਹੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਹ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਰਵਿਦਾਸ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਬਾਣੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਖੋਜ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਰਵਿਦਾਸ ਜੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਿੱਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਕੋਨੇ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਅਹਿਮ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨਿਭਾਏਗਾ।
ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਆਸ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਰਵਿਦਾਸ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਵਿਚਾਰਧਾਰਾ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਦਦਗਾਰ ਸਿੱਧ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਅਤੇ ਫਲਸਫੇ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਖੋਜੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਰਵਿਦਾਸ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਪਾਵਨ ਬਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਪਹਿਲੂਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਖੋਜ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਹਿਮ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨਿਭਾਏਗਾ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਨੁਸੂਚਿਤ ਜਾਤੀ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਦੀ ਭਲਾਈ ਲਈ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਰ ਯਤਨ ਲਈ ਡੇਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਨ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
