ਡੈਸਕ- ਕੋਰੋਨਾ ਵਾਇਰਸ ਦੀ ਲਾਹਨਤ ਦਾ ਦਰਦ ਅਜੇ ਦੇਸ਼-ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਭੁੱਲੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਇਕ ਹੋਰ ਨਾਮੁਰਾਦ ਬਿਮਾਰੀ H3N2 ਵਾਇਰਸ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤ ‘ਚ ਦਸਤਕ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ । ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਕਰਨਾਟਕ ਚ ਮਰੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਤੋ ਬਾਅਦ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਲਰਟ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ । ਕੋਵਿਡ-19 ਦੇ ਹਾਲਾਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖ ਹੁਣ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਕੋਈ ਰਿਸਕ ਲੈਣ ਦੇ ਮੂਡ ਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ । ਕੋਵਿਡ ਵਰਗੇ ਵਾਇਰਸ H3N2 ਕਰਕੇ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਦੋ ਮੌਤਾਂ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੀ ਅਲਰਟ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਨੀਤੀ ਆਯੋਗ ਸ਼ਨੀਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ H3N2 ਇਨਫਲੂਏਂਜ਼ਾ ਵਾਇਰਸ ਅਤੇ ਮੌਸਮੀ ਇਨਫਲੂਐਂਜ਼ਾ ਬਾਰੇ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਅਹਿਮ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਇਰਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਦੀ ਸਮੀਖਿਆ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਇੰਨਾ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ, ਇਹ ਵੀ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਸ ਸੂਬੇ ‘ਚ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਕੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸ ਸੂਬੇ ਨੂੰ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਤੋਂ ਕਿਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ।
ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਲੋੜ ਪੈਣ ‘ਤੇ ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਦਦ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਵੀ H3N2 ਵਾਇਰਸ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਕਿ ਕਰਨਾਟਕ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਵਿੱਚ H3N2 ਕਾਰਨ 1-1 ਮਰੀਜ਼ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ। ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ H3N2 ਵਾਇਰਸ ‘ਤੇ ਨੇੜਿਓਂ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਰੱਖੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ IDSP ਯਾਨੀ ਇੰਟੈਗਰੇਟਿਡ ਡਿਜ਼ੀਜ਼ ਸਰਵੇਲੈਂਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਵਾਇਰਸ ਦੀ ਰੀਅਲ-ਟਾਈਮ ਆਧਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਸਿਹਤ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਉਮੀਦ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮਾਰਚ ਦੇ ਅਖੀਰ ਤੱਕ ਮੌਸਮੀ ਇਨਫਲੂਐਂਜ਼ਾ ਵਾਇਰਸ ਦੀ ਰਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਹੌਲੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
ਦੱਸ ਦੇਈਏ ਕਿ ਕੋਵਿਡ-19 ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਜਾਨਲੇਵਾ ਵਾਇਰਸ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ H3N2 ਵਾਇਰਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਦੇਸ਼ ‘ਚ ਦੋ ਮੌਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਏ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਇਸ ਵਾਇਰਸ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਕਰਮਿਤ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ 90 ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਮੰਤਰਾਲਾ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਚੌਕਸ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਵਾਇਰਸ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ ਉਪਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਯਤਨ ਤੇਜ਼ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
ਇਸ ਬਿਮਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਖਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ, ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ, ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਕੁਝ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਮਰੀਜ਼ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਦੇਖੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਦੱਖਣੀ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਕਰਨਾਟਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਮਰੀਜ਼ ਪਾਏ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਕਰਨਾਟਕ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਮੌਤਾਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹਨ।
ਸਿਹਤ ਮਾਹਿਰਾਂ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਪਹੁੰਚਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਮਰੀਜ਼ 10 ਤੋਂ 12 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਖੰਘ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ‘ਚ ਸਵਾਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੀ ਇਹ ਕੋਰੋਨਾ ਖੁਦ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਕੁਝ ਹੋਰ? ਮਾਹਰਾਂ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਕੋਰੋਨਾ ਵਾਇਰਸ ਅਤੇ ਫਲੂ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਲੱਛਣ ਇੱਕੋ ਜਿਹੇ ਹਨ। ਕੋਰੋਨਾ ਵਾਂਗ H3N2 ਵਾਇਰਸ ਵੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਫੈਲਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਨਫਲੂਐਂਜ਼ਾ ਦੇ ਸ਼ੱਕੀ ਮਰੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਮੂਨਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਕੋਰੋਨਾ ਟੈਸਟ ਵੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
