ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ- ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਸੱਤਾ ‘ਤੇ ਕਾਬਿਜ਼ ਹੁੰਦਿਆਂ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਹਾਲਾਤਾਂ ਚ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ । ਵਿੱਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹਰਪਾਲ ਚੀਮਾ ਨੇ ਅੰਕੜੇ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਹੋਇਆ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਕੁੱਝ ਹੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਹੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸੂਬਾ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਪੱਖੋਂ ਹੋਰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ।ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਰਿਵਾਇਤੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ‘ਤੇ ਇਲਜ਼ਾਮ ਲਗਾਉਂਦਿਅਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੀਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਨੂੰ ਕਰਜ਼ੇ ਹੇਠ ਦੱਬ ਕੇ ਰੱਖ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ।
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੀਮਾ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੈੱਸ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ 2021 ‘ਚ Gst ਤੋਂ 1924 ਕਰੋੜ ਆਮਦਨ ਸੀ ਜਦਕਿ 2020 ਅਪੈ੍ਲ ਚ 1994 ਕਰੋੜ , ਮਈ 1266 ਤੋ 1833 ਕਰੋੜ ਦੀ ਆਮਦਨ ਹੋਈ ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਜੂਨ 2022 ਚ 1683 ਕਰੋੜ ਦਾ ਵਾਧਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਜੁਲਾਈ 2021 ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਰੀਏ ਤਾਂ 1533 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਅਤੇ ਜੁਲਾਈ 2022 ਵਿਚ 1733 ਕਰੋੜ ਆਮਦਨ ਹੋਈ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੋ ਅਕਾਲੀ- ਭਾਜਪਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ 30,000 ਕਰੋੜ ਕਰਜ਼ਾ ਲਿਆ ਸੀ, ਉਹ ਜਿਥੇ 2034 ਚ ਖਤਮ ਹੋਣਾ ਸੀ ਹੁਣ 2033 ਚ ਖਤਮ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ । ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਿਰ ਕੁੱਲ ਕਰਜ਼ੇ ਦੀ 5520.34 ਕਰੋੜ ਦੀ ਪੁਰਾਣੀ ਮੂਲ ਰਕਮ ਵਾਪਸ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ
ਚੀਮਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਟੇਟ ਕਾਰਪੋਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਬੈਂਕ ਨੂੰ 525 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਕੇ NPA ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਕਿਸੇ ਸਰਕਰ ਨੇ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਪੈਨਸਨਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਬਾਂਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਫੜੀ ਤੇ ਸਰਕਰ ਨੇ ਪੈਨਸਨਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ 188 ਕਰੋੜ ਦਿੱਤੇ। ਪਨਸਪ NPA ਹੋਣ ਤੇ ਬਚਾਓ ਲਈ 50 ਕਰੋੜ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ। ਪਨਸਪ ਨੂੰ 500 ਕਰੋੜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਪਹਾੜ ਜਿੱਡਾ ਕਰਜ਼ਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ‘ਤੇ ਹੈ। ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਤੋਂ ਆਮਦਨ ਵੱਧ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
20 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਆਬਕਾਰੀ ਨੀਤੀ ਚ ਬਦਲਾਅ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ। GST ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ਾ ਖਤਮ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਤੋਂ ਇਹ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਸਮਾਂ ਮੰਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਪਿਛਲੇ ਪੰਜ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਚ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਨੇ ਪੈਰਾਂ ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਯਤਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਨੇ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਚੰਗਾ ਮਾਲੀਆ ਆ ਸਕਦਾ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਉਥੇ ਮਾਫੀਆ ਰਾਜ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਕਰਜ਼ਾ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਕਰਜ਼ਾ ਵਾਪਸ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ
