ਚੰਡੀਗਡ਼੍ਹ : ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਤਰਨਤਾਰਨ ਵਿਖੇ ਚਰਚ ’ਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਮਲੇ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿਚ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਸਟੇਟਸ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਤਲਬ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਤਰਨਤਾਰਨ ਦੇ ਪੱਟੀ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ‘ਚ ਕੈਥੋਲਿਕ ਚਰਚ ‘ਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਮਲੇ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਹਾਈਕੋਰਟ ‘ਚ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਦਾਇਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਾਸੀ ਸੁਖਜਿੰਦਰ ਗਿੱਲ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਾਇਰ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਰਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਈਸਾਈ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਚਰਚ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣ। ਫਿਲਹਾਲ ਇਸ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ‘ਤੇ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਵਿਚ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।
ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਈਸਾਈ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਬੁੱਝ ਕੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਚਰਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਪਰੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇਹ ਭਾਈਚਾਰਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਅਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ‘ਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਕਤ ਘਟਨਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ‘ਚ ਅਮਨ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ‘ਤੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਜੇਕਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਜਲਦ ਹਰਕਤ ‘ਚ ਨਾ ਆਈ ਤਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ‘ਚ ਫਿਰਕੂ ਦੰਗਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨਕਰਤਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਰ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਜਾਂ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਹੈ। ਕਿਸੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਭਾਵਨਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਠੇਸ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹੇਆਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਛੱਡਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਲੈਂਦਿਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ। ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ, ਮੁੱਖ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਡੀਜੀਪੀ ਨੂੰ ਜਵਾਬਦੇਹ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਬੀਤੇ ਦਿਨੀਂ ਕੈਥੋਲਿਕ ਚਰਚ ‘ਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਮਲੇ ਦੇ ਸਬੰਧ ‘ਚ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ 21 ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਲਈ ਹਿਰਾਸਤ ‘ਚ ਲਿਆ ਸੀ। ਪੰਜ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਪਰੇਡ ਦੀ ਵੀਡੀਓਗ੍ਰਾਫੀ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਕੈਚ ਵੀ ਬਣਾਏ ਸਨ ਪਰ ਕੋਈ ਸੁਰਾਗ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਿਆ । ਪੁਲਿਸ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
