Deepika Padukone Birthday: ਦੀਪਿਕਾ ਪਾਦੂਕੋਣ 5 ਜਨਵਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ 37ਵਾਂ ਜਨਮਦਿਨ ਮਨਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਦੀਪਿਕਾ ਇਨ੍ਹੀਂ ਦਿਨੀਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਫਿਲਮ ‘ਪਠਾਨ’ ਕਾਰਨ ਸੁਰਖੀਆਂ ‘ਚ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ‘ਚ ਉਹ ਸ਼ਾਹਰੁਖ ਖਾਨ ਨਾਲ ਐਕਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਦੀ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆਵੇਗੀ। ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਪੱਧਰ ਦੀ ਬੈਡਮਿੰਟਨ ਖਿਡਾਰਨ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਦੀਪਿਕਾ ਨੇ ਮਾਡਲਿੰਗ ਦਾ ਰਾਹ ਚੁਣਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਕਈ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਮਾਡਲਿੰਗ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਹ ਫਿਲਮਾਂ ‘ਚ ਵਾਪਸ ਆਈ। ਦੀਪਿਕਾ ਨੇ ਫਿਲਮੀ ਦੁਨੀਆ ‘ਚ 2006 ‘ਚ ਕੰਨੜ ਫਿਲਮ ‘ਐਸ਼ਵਰਿਆ’ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਡੈਬਿਊ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ 2007 ‘ਚ ‘ਓਮ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਓਮ’ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਬਾਲੀਵੁੱਡ ‘ਚ ਡੈਬਿਊ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਉਹ ਇਕ ਮਿਊਜ਼ਿਕ ਵੀਡੀਓ ‘ਚ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆਈ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ‘ਓਮ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਓਮ’ ਮਿਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਬਾਲੀਵੁੱਡ ‘ਚ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਬਣਾਉਣ ‘ਚ ਕਾਮਯਾਬ ਰਹੀ।
ਦੀਪਿਕਾ ਕਿੰਗਫਿਸ਼ਰ ਦੀ ਕੈਲੰਡਰ ਗਰਲ ਸੀ
ਦੀਪਿਕਾ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਪੱਧਰ ਦੀ ਬੈਡਮਿੰਟਨ ਖਿਡਾਰਨ ਰਹਿ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ। ਦੀਪਿਕਾ ਨੇ ਛੋਟੀ ਉਮਰ ‘ਚ ਹੀ ਅਭਿਨੇਤਰੀ ਬਣਨ ਦਾ ਸੁਪਨਾ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਸੁਪਨੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਕਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਦੀਪਿਕਾ ਬੈਂਗਲੁਰੂ ਤੋਂ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਸ਼ਿਫਟ ਹੋ ਗਈ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ‘ਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੰਮ ‘ਤੇ ਸਖਤ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ 4 ਸਾਲ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਬਣ ਦੇ ਇਸ਼ਤਿਹਾਰ ਦੀ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਸ਼ ਹੋਈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ 2005 ‘ਚ ਉਹ ਕਿੰਗਫਿਸ਼ਰ ਦੇ ਕੈਲੰਡਰ ‘ਚ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆਈ। ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ 18 ਸਾਲ ਦੇ ਕਰੀਬ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
ਹਿਮੇਸ਼ ਰੇਸ਼ਮੀਆ ਨੇ ਬ੍ਰੇਕ ਦਿੱਤਾ
‘ਓਮ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਓਮ’ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦੀਪਿਕਾ ਨੂੰ ਫਿਲਮ ਇੰਡਸਟਰੀ ‘ਚ ਵੱਡਾ ਬ੍ਰੇਕ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਿਮੇਸ਼ ਰੇਸ਼ਮੀਆ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਿਊਜ਼ਿਕ ਵੀਡੀਓ ‘ਨਾਮ ਹੈ ਤੇਰਾ’ ‘ਚ ਦੀਪਿਕਾ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਸਟ ਕੀਤਾ। ਜਦੋਂ ਦੀਪਿਕਾ ਆਪਣੀ ਫਿਲਮ ਛਪਾਕ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਮੋਸ਼ਨ ਲਈ ‘ਇੰਡੀਅਨ ਆਈਡਲ 11’ ਪਹੁੰਚੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਹਿਮੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਬ੍ਰੇਕ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ। ਦੀਪਿਕਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, ‘ਫਰਾਹ ਖਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਹਰੁਖ ਖਾਨ ਨੇ ‘ਨਾਮ ਹੈ ਤੇਰਾ ਤੇਰਾ’ ਦਾ ਮਿਊਜ਼ਿਕ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਦੇਖ ਕੇ ਹੀ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਫਿਲਮ ‘ਚ ਕਾਸਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੈਂ ਹਿਮੇਸ਼ ਸਰ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਮੌਕਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
2007 ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਬਰੇਕ ਮਿਲੀ
ਵੈਸੇ ਤਾਂ ਓਮ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਓਮ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵੀ ਦੀਪਿਕਾ ਨੂੰ ਕਈ ਫਿਲਮਾਂ ਆਫਰ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਸਨ ਪਰ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਿਸਮਤ ਅੱਗੇ ਕੌਣ ਹੈ। ਅਸਲ ‘ਚ ਦੀਪਿਕਾ ਨੂੰ ਸਲਮਾਨ ਖਾਨ ਨਾਲ ਲਾਂਚ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸਕਿਆ ਅਤੇ 2007 ‘ਚ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਕ ਫਰਾਹ ਖਾਨ ਨੇ ਦੀਪਿਕਾ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਭਾ ਨੂੰ ਪਛਾਣਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਫਿਲਮ ‘ਓਮ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਓਮ’ ਲਈ ਸਾਈਨ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ। ਇਸ ਫਿਲਮ ਤੋਂ ਦੀਪਿਕਾ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਲਈ ਇਕ ਵੱਖਰਾ ਰਸਤਾ ਚੁਣਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਮੁੜ ਕੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਅੱਜ ਉਹ ਬਾਲੀਵੁੱਡ ਦੀਆਂ ਵੱਡੀਆਂ ਅਭਿਨੇਤਰੀਆਂ ‘ਚੋਂ ਇਕ ਹੈ।
