Brahmanandam : ਜੇਕਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਾਊਥ ਦੀਆਂ ਫਿਲਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ੰਸਕ ਹੋ ਅਤੇ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾਨੰਦਮ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਤਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਫੈਨ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਬੰਦ ਕਰ ਦਿਓ। ਜੀ ਹਾਂ, ਸਾਊਥ ਫ਼ਿਲਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਦਾਕਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਹਰਮਨਪਿਆਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਚਹੇਤੇ ਅਦਾਕਾਰ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾਨੰਦਮ ਅੱਜ ਆਪਣਾ 67ਵਾਂ ਜਨਮਦਿਨ ਮਨਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾਨੰਦਮ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ 1 ਫਰਵਰੀ 1956 ਨੂੰ ਗੁੰਟੂਰ, ਆਂਧਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾਨੰਦਮ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਫਿਲਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਗਿਨੀਜ਼ ਬੁੱਕ ਆਫ ਵਰਲਡ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਦਰਜ ਹੈ। ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾਨੰਦਮ ਦੀ ਲੋਕਪ੍ਰਿਅਤਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਸੁਪਰਸਟਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਿਲੀਜ਼ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਦੱਖਣ ਦੀਆਂ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਡਬਡ ਫਿਲਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਜਨਮਦਿਨ ਮੁਬਾਰਕ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾਨੰਦਮ
ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾਨੰਦਮ ਫਿਲਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਕਾਮੇਡੀ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਇੱਕ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਭਗ ਹਰ ਸਾਊਥ ਫਿਲਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੀ। ਸਾਊਥ ਇੰਡਸਟਰੀ ਦੇ ਕਾਮੇਡੀ ਕਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਜਨਮਦਿਨ ‘ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ੰਸਕ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਈ ਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾਨੰਦਮ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਗਰੀਬੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਹੈ। ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾਨੰਦਮ ਦੇ ਜਨਮ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੀ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਹਾਲਤ ਬਹੁਤ ਖਰਾਬ ਸੀ। ਪੂਰੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵਿਚ ਉਹ ਇਕਲੌਤਾ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਸੀ ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਐਮ.ਏ. ਤੱਕ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਪੋਸਟ ਗ੍ਰੈਜੂਏਸ਼ਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਉਹ ਤੇਲਗੂ ਲੈਕਚਰਾਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਅਟਿਲੀ ਕਾਲਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ।
ਕਾਲਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਕਲ ਕਰਨਾ
ਕਾਲਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਅਕਸਰ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਮਿਕਰੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਹਸਾਉਂਦਾ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਇੱਕ ਗਰੀਬ ਲੜਕੇ ਤੋਂ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਵਾਲੇ ਕਾਮੇਡੀਅਨ ਤੱਕ ਦਾ ਉਸਦਾ ਸਫ਼ਰ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਨਾਦਾਇਕ ਹੈ। ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾਨੰਦਮ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਕਰੀਅਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਈ ਐਵਾਰਡ ਜਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ। ਇਕ ਵਾਰ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਇੰਟਰ ਕਾਲਜ ਡਰਾਮਾ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਵਿਚ ਸਰਵੋਤਮ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਅਦਾਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰ ਮਿਲਿਆ, ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਰੁਚੀ ਨਾਟਕ ਵੱਲ ਵਧ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਮਸ਼ਹੂਰ ਤੇਲਗੂ ਫਿਲਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਕ ਜੰਧਿਆਲਾ ਨੇ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾਨੰਦਮ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਾਰ ‘ਮੋਦਬਾਈ’ ਨਾਮਕ ਨਾਟਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਦੇਖਿਆ।
ਦੱਖਣ ਦੀ ਹਰ ਫ਼ਿਲਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾਨੰਦਮ
ਜੰਧੀਲਾ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਅਦਾਕਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਇੰਨਾ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਹੋਇਆ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾਨੰਦਮ ਨੂੰ ‘ਚਾਂਤਾਬਾਈ’ ਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਫ਼ਿਲਮ ਵਿਚ ਇਕ ਛੋਟੀ ਜਿਹੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਦੀ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਫ਼ਿਲਮ ਨਾਲ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾਨੰਦਮ ਦਾ ਫ਼ਿਲਮੀ ਕਰੀਅਰ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਇਆ। ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾਨੰਦਮ ਦੀ ਲੋਕਪ੍ਰਿਯਤਾ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਦੱਖਣ ਦਾ ਹਰ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਕ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਫਿਲਮ ‘ਚ ਲੈਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। 1990 ਤੋਂ 2005 ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਹਰ ਫ਼ਿਲਮ ਲਈ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾਨੰਦਮ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਪਸੰਦ ਸਨ। ਫਿਲਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾਇਕ ਦੇ ਦੋਸਤ ਦਾ ਰੋਲ ਹੋਵੇ ਜਾਂ ਸਪੋਰਟਿੰਗ ਰੋਲ, ਇਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਕਿਰਦਾਰ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾਨੰਦਮ ਨੂੰ ਆਫਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ। 1990 ਅਤੇ 2005 ਦੀਆਂ ਦੱਖਣ ਦੀਆਂ ਫਿਲਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾਨੰਦਮ ਦੀ ਸਫਲਤਾ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ।
