ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ: ਜੇਕਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕਿਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਲਈ ਫਲਾਈਟ ਦੀਆਂ ਟਿਕਟਾਂ ਬੁੱਕ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਈਮੇਲ ਚੈੱਕ ਕਰਨਾ ਨਾ ਭੁੱਲੋ, ਨਹੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਕਾਫੀ ਪਰੇਸ਼ਾਨੀ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪੈ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡੀ ਮਿਸਾਲ ਹੁਣੇ ਜਿਹੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲੀ ਹੈ। ਇੱਥੇ ਸਿੰਗਾਪੁਰ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਇੱਕ ਫਲਾਈਟ ਨੇ ਬਿਨਾਂ 35 ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਉਡਾਣ ਭਰੀ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਏਅਰਪੋਰਟ ‘ਤੇ ਕਾਫੀ ਹੰਗਾਮਾ ਕੀਤਾ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਏਅਰਲਾਈਨ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਦਲੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਈਮੇਲ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਉਹ ਸਮੇਂ ‘ਤੇ ਏਅਰਪੋਰਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ।
ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਦੱਸ ਦੇਈਏ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਦੂਜੀ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਫਲਾਈਟ ਨੇ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਾਰਿਆ। ਏਅਰਲਾਈਨਜ਼ ਰੈਗੂਲੇਸ਼ਨ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟੋਰੇਟ ਜਨਰਲ ਆਫ ਸਿਵਲ ਐਵੀਏਸ਼ਨ (ਡੀਜੀਸੀਏ) ਏਅਰਲਾਈਨ ਕੰਪਨੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਹੀ ਇੱਕ ਲਾਪਰਵਾਹੀ ਦਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਏਅਰਲਾਈਨ ਕੰਪਨੀਆਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਕੀ ਹੈ ਪੂਰਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ?
ਦਰਅਸਲ 18 ਜਨਵਰੀ ਬੁੱਧਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਕੂਟ ਏਅਰਲਾਈਨ ਦੀ ਫਲਾਈਟ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਾਮ 7.55 ਵਜੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਤੋਂ ਸਿੰਗਾਪੁਰ ਲਈ ਰਵਾਨਾ ਹੋਣਾ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਫਲਾਈਟ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਪੰਜ ਘੰਟੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ ਨੂੰ ਉਡਾਣ ਭਰੀ। ਇਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਕਰੀਬ 35 ਯਾਤਰੀ ਹਵਾਈ ਅੱਡੇ ‘ਤੇ ਹੀ ਫਲਾਈਟ ਦਾ ਇੰਤਜ਼ਾਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹੇ। ਜਦੋਂ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦਾ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਏਅਰਲਾਈਨ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਠਹਿਰਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਵਾਈ ਅੱਡੇ ‘ਤੇ ਹੰਗਾਮਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
ਏਅਰਲਾਈਨ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਨੇ ਕੀ ਕਿਹਾ?
ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹਵਾਈ ਅੱਡੇ ‘ਤੇ ਹੰਗਾਮਾ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ‘ਤੇ ਏਅਰਲਾਈਨ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਨੇ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟੀਕਰਨ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਨੇ ਟੇਕ-ਆਫ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਕ ਈ-ਮੇਲ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ‘ਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਫਲਾਈਟ ਦੇ ਬਦਲੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਮੇਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਕਈ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਈ-ਮੇਲ ਨੂੰ ਪੜ੍ਹਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਸਹੀ ਸਮੇਂ ‘ਤੇ ਹਵਾਈ ਅੱਡੇ ‘ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਫਲਾਈਟ ਨੇ ਉਡਾਣ ਭਰੀ।
ਇਸੇ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਦੂਜੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਹੈ
ਦੱਸ ਦਈਏ ਕਿ ਇਕ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਵਿਚ ਹਵਾਈ ਅੱਡੇ ‘ਤੇ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਫਲਾਈਟ ਦੇ ਟੇਕ-ਆਫ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਇਹ ਦੂਜੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ 10 ਜਨਵਰੀ ਨੂੰ, GoFirst ਏਅਰਲਾਈਨ ਦੀ ਬੈਂਗਲੁਰੂ ਤੋਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੀ ਫਲਾਈਟ ਨੇ 55 ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਏ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਉਡਾਨ ਭਰੀ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਏਅਰਲਾਈਨ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਨੇ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਮੁਆਫੀ ਮੰਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਗਲੇ ਇਕ ਸਾਲ ਤੱਕ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਉਡਾਣਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਮੁਫਤ ਟਿਕਟਾਂ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ। ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਨੇ ਕੁਝ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਡੀਸੀਜੀਏ ਦੀ ਤਰਫ਼ੋਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਦੱਸੋ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਜਵਾਬ ਦਾਖ਼ਲ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਦੋ ਹਫ਼ਤਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।
