ਬਿਆਸ : ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਬਿਆਸ ਦਰਿਆ ਦੇ ਪੁਲ਼ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਗ਼ੈਰ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਮਾਈਨਿੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਕਾਬ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਮੌਕੇ ‘ਤੇ ਛਾਪਾ ਮਾਰਿਆ। ਗ਼ੈਰ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਮਾਈਨਿੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਮੌਕੇ ‘ਤੇ ਬੇਨਕਾਬ ਕੀਤਾ। ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਨਾਲ ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਮਨਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੰਨਾ, ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਟਿੱਕਾ, ਸਾਬਕਾ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਗੁਲਜ਼ਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਣੀਕੇ ਆਦਿ ਵੀ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।
ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਮੌਕੇ ‘ਤੇ ਪੁੱਜੇ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸੁਖਬਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੁੱਖ ਸਰਕਾਰੀਆ, ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਸੰਤੋਖ ਸਿੰਘ ਭਲਾਈਪੁਰ, ਸੁਖਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਭੁੱਲਰ, ਇੰਦਰਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੁਲਾਰੀਆ, ਰਮਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਕੀ ਤੇ ਕੁਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਜ਼ੀਰਾ ‘ਤੇ ਮਾਇਨਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਕਿਰਦਾਰ ਅਸ਼ੋਕ ਚੰਡਕ, ਰਾਕੇਸ਼ ਚੌਧਰੀ ਤੇ ਮੋਹਨ ਪਾਲ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਬਿਆਸ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਥਾਣੇ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਵੀ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾਈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਗ੍ਰੀਨ ਟਿ੍ਬਿਊਨਲ (ਐੱਨਜੀਟੀ) ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਪੁਲ਼ ਦੇ ਪੰਜ ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਦੇ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਵਿਚ ਮਾਈਨਿੰਗ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਪਰ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿਚ ਇਹ ਮਾਈਨਿੰਗ ਇਕ ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਅੰਦਰ ਹੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸੇ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਗਾਰ ਕੱਢਣ ਦੇ ਦਾਅਵੇ ਵੀ ਗ਼ਲਤ ਹਨ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਚੱਲਦੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਗਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੱਢੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ। ਟਰੱਕ ਡਰਾਈਵਰਾਂ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੋਂ 16000 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਟਰੱਕ ਗੁੰਡਾ ਟੈਕਸ ਵਸੂਲਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਨੇ ਰੇਤ ਮਾਫ਼ੀਆ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਵੱਖਰੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾਈ। ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਵੱਖਰੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਚਾਇਤੀ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਤੋਂ ਮਾਫ਼ੀਆ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਮਾਈਨਿੰਗ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਮਾਈਨਿੰਗ ਮਾਫ਼ੀਆ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਰਸਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਲਟੋਹਾ ਤੇ ਅਮਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੋਨੀ ਅਜਨਾਲਾ ਸਮੇਤ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਅਪਰਾਧ ਤੋਂ ਧਿਆਨ ਪਾਸੇ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਯਤਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਨਿਖੇਧੀ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਾਡਾ ਗੁਨਾਹ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਇਸ ਭਿ੍ਸ਼ਟ ਤੇ ਘੁਟਾਲਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਭਰੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਮਾਈਨਿੰਗ ਮਾਫ਼ੀਆ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਕਾਬ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ। ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਨੇ ਦਰਿਆ ਦੇ ਕੰਢੇ ਦਾ ਅਚਨਚੇਤ ਦੌਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਟਰੱਕ ਤੇ ਜੇਸੀਬੀ ਮਸ਼ੀਨਾਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਹੋਰ ਸਾਮਾਨ ਵੀ ਮਾਈਨਿੰਗ ਲਈ ਵਰਤਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ।
