16ਵੇਂ ਸੀਜ਼ਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਇੰਡੀਅਨ ਪ੍ਰੀਮੀਅਰ ਲੀਗ (IPL 2023) ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ UAE ਤੋਂ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਾਪਸ ਆ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸਾਲ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ੰਸਕ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਮਨਪਸੰਦ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਸਟੇਡੀਅਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੇਡਦੇ ਦੇਖ ਸਕਣਗੇ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ IPL 2023 ‘ਚ ਕਈ ਹੋਰ ਨਵੀਆਂ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੇਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਣਗੀਆਂ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ‘ਚੋਂ ਇਕ ਟੂਰਨਾਮੈਂਟ ‘ਚ ਲਾਗੂ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਇਮਪੈਕਟ ਪਲੇਅਰ ਨਿਯਮ ਹੈ।
ਬਿਗ ਬੈਸ਼ ਲੀਗ ‘ਚ ਸਫਲਤਾ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ IPL ‘ਚ ਇੰਪੈਕਟ ਪਲੇਅਰ ਨਿਯਮ ਲਾਗੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਸਾਰੀਆਂ 10 ਫ੍ਰੈਂਚਾਈਜ਼ੀਆਂ ਇਸ ਨਵੇਂ ਨਿਯਮ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਗੇਮ ਦੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਇੰਪੈਕਟ ਪਲੇਅਰਸ (ਆਈ.ਪੀ.) ਨੂੰ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਬਣਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
ਬੀਸੀਸੀਆਈ ਨੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸਈਅਦ ਮੁਸ਼ਤਾਕ ਅਲੀ ਟਰਾਫੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਨਿਯਮ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਗੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਕਾਰਾਤਮਕ ਰਹੇ। ਇਸ ਆਈਪੀਐੱਲ ‘ਚ 11-11 ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਲੜਾਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ, ਸਗੋਂ 12ਵੇਂ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਆਪਣਾ ਹੁਨਰ ਦਿਖਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਮੌਕਾ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ।
ਨਵਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਪਲੇਅਰ ਨਿਯਮ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਕੰਮ ਕਰੇਗਾ?
ਟਾਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਟੀਮਾਂ ਪਲੇਇੰਗ ਇਲੈਵਨ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜ ਬਦਲਵੇਂ ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਰੱਖ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਅਸਲ ਕੰਮ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵੀ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਹੀ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਵਰਤਣਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਟੀਮਾਂ ਪਾਰੀ ਦੇ 14ਵੇਂ ਓਵਰ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਆਈਪੀ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਜੇਕਰ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਪਾਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਈਪੀ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਸਮਰੱਥ ਰਹਿੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਉਸ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਬਦਲਣ ਦਾ ਵਿਕਲਪ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
