ਡੈਸਕ- ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ‘ਚ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਦੇ ਨੇਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਸੰਸਦ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੌਰੇ ‘ਤੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮਲਿਕਾਰਜੁਨ ਖੜਗੇ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਨਗਰ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੇ ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਫਾਰੂਕ ਅਬਦੁੱਲਾ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਅਬਦੁੱਲਾ ਨੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਨਾਲ ਗਠਜੋੜ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਅਤੇ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਲੜਨਗੀਆਂ। ਸੀਟਾਂ ਦੀ ਵੰਡ ਜਲਦੀ ਹੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਜਲਦੀ ਹੀ ਮੈਨੀਫੈਸਟੋ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ।
ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਫਾਰੂਕ ਅਬਦੁੱਲਾ ਨੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮਲਿਕਾਰਜੁਨ ਖੜਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ‘ਚ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਦੇ ਨੇਤਾ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕਿਹਾ, ਬੈਠਕ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਸਦਭਾਵਨਾ ਵਾਲੇ ਮਾਹੌਲ ‘ਚ ਹੋਈ। ਗਠਜੋੜ ਲੀਹ ‘ਤੇ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਨਾਲ ਇਹ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਹੇਗਾ। ਇਹ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਜ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਤੱਕ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਮਿਲ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ…ਇਹ (ਗਠਜੋੜ) ਸਾਰੀਆਂ 90 ਸੀਟਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਪ੍ਰੈੱਸ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ‘ਚ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਪਿਆਰ ਦੀ ਦੁਕਾਨ ਖੋਲ੍ਹ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਖੋਲ੍ਹਾਂਗੇ। ਸ੍ਰੀਨਗਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਇਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਪੁਰਾਣਾ ਰਿਸ਼ਤਾ ਹੈ, ਖੂਨ ਦਾ ਰਿਸ਼ਤਾ ਹੈ। ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੇ ਆਤਮ-ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਡਰਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦਾ ਵਰਕਰ ਹੈ। ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਲਈ ਗਠਜੋੜ ਬਾਰੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਗਠਜੋੜ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਪਰ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਇਮ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।

ਸ੍ਰੀਨਗਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੇ ਰਾਜ ਦਾ ਦਰਜਾ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਥੋਂ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਜਮਹੂਰੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਹਾਲ ਕਰਨਾ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਅਤੇ ‘ਭਾਰਤ’ ਗਠਜੋੜ ਦੀ ਤਰਜੀਹ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਾਡਾ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਮੈਨੀਫੈਸਟੋ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਅਤੇ ਲੱਦਾਖ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਤੰਤਰੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਵਾਪਸ ਮਿਲਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ, ਇਹ ਸਾਡੀ ਤਰਜੀਹ ਹੈ। ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਹਰ ਸੰਭਵ ਮਦਦ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੈ, ਅਸੀਂ ਸਮਝਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਦੌਰ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਗੁਜ਼ਰ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ।
ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ‘ਚ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇੱਥੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਪੜਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਕਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ। ਪਹਿਲੇ ਪੜਾਅ ਦੀ ਵੋਟਿੰਗ 18 ਸਤੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਜਦਕਿ ਆਖਰੀ ਪੜਾਅ ਦੀ ਵੋਟਿੰਗ 01 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਦੂਜੇ ਪੜਾਅ ਦੀ ਵੋਟਿੰਗ 25 ਸਤੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਵੋਟਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ 4 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
